RITE GLASS

I went to rite glass about a year ago to have the glass from my door screen door replaced. They replaced the glass with plate glass and it cost me thirty five dollars. About a year later the glass broke again. I returned to rite glass only to be greeted by a rude women who immediately told me I had to have tempered glass or plexiglass installed. She insisted that "that is the law." She was immediately confrontational and did not take time to explain anything. The woman behind the counter then told me it was going to cost me eighty five dollars for the tempered glass and seventy five for the plexiglass. I was angered by this statement. Not even a year later there is a mysterious law and there prices more than doubled! I will never go to or recommend this business ever again. I ended up going to another local business to repair my glass and it turns out the glazier at Rite Glass repaired the window incorrectly in the first place and I needed a new frame!
