He came out and measured. Actually, he bought me the wrong screen by mistake. When I called him, he came back because I questioned him on something about it. It didn't fit correctly anyhow. He ended up calling me afterward and apologizing telling me that he had bought the wrong door screen because I told him it doesn't sit properly. He came back immediately and fixed the whole thing. He installed it and didn't charge me for installing because I was going to install it. When I picked it up and bought it home and tried to do it, it didn't fit properly and I kept saying he mismeasured incorrectly. He came out, and he installed it because he had given me the wrong thing actually. It was $70.60 total. On the price, I guess it's reasonable. The quality of the screen I think is fine, it was just the mismeasurement. His responsiveness was very good, excellent.

Excellent service, price, and professionalism! Barry, the owner, answered my call right away and came the same day and installed the replacement glass! He was so courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled! I highly recommend him and his business! We really appreciated his fine work and how he helped us replace the glass in our storm door after my son accidentally broke it with a baseball.

Called the shop gave them the measurements and they made the screen.

I have used Franklin Square Screen for screen and glass repair and they are excellent. They are always polite, professional and take the time to answer your questions.

The window treatments, (9 of them) were installed in June and July of this year. After 2 months two of the treatments failed. They and quot;belliedand quot; as they were raised. The pulley system was fixed. This past October a third treatment failed. Again the pulley system was at fault. We were told that this never happened before! It is very upsetting that these treatments cost so much and yet fail so easily. The person who did the work for us should use a different company for window treatments. These treatments are inferior!

I called regarding a sliding glass door screen. He said that he would come by and take exact measurements. He never called and never came!!! Meanwhile you can get the product at home depot for a fraction of the cost....

The job took a little longer than expected. He was able to replace my screen on my security door in 10 days. He is very professional and well known around the area.

We needed a storm door on the side entrance. The man came to the house and measured the area. Within about 10 days the door was ready to be installed. The man came to the house, took away the old door and installed the new one. They make their own doors and the quality appears to be excellent. Would not hesitate to use them again. Obviously a quality operation.

The owner is very professional, prompt, very meticulous, his work is very professional, and almost perfect. I will recommend him. He has a factory also where he makes doors and he does not charge a lot. I will give him A's for everything

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OR MORE RELIABLE COMPANY. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN SOON.
