Description of Work: I own a 6 unit apartment building. One of the tenants blew the electric in half the apartment when she tried using a space heater and hair dryer at the same time. I tried changing the GI outlet on my own to see if that would restore the electric. It didn't, I was afraid the place would need rewiring. On a Friday morning I called a couple of electricians who were recommended to me by friends. No one would come until the following week. I called Apple because of the great reviews left by their other clients. Brian was able to come within 2 hours of the call to see what was going on. He met with my sister. She says that he was very knowledgeable, professional and fair. He checked all the outlets in the apartment and the circut breaker box. He couldn't find anything wrong. He also figured the apartment would need to be rewired. He was trying to figure out what his rewiring approach would be when he found a fuse box in the basement. The wiring from my tenants apartment was going through the fuse box before going to the circut breaker box. He discovered that the fuse was blown and replaced it and the electric worked. I completely had no idea this fuse box was still active. I had a different electrician do new wiring in the building around 10 years ago. Brian examined the work and found that it is very subpar. He spent alot of time at the building checking everything and giving what I feel is an honest opinion of the work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Installed new lighting in living room. He came up with the best solution to my problem.

Description of Work: Ran a brand new 240 and 120 line from main box to second floor for clothes dryer and installed new dryer vent by expertly cutting siding and fitting vent into place.
