+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY I CALLED. SOMETHING HAD BEEN SPILLED ON MY CARPET, AND I WANTED TO GET IT UP RIGHT AWAY. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THAT FOR ME AND DID THE BEDROOM AT THE SAME TIME.

+ -1 moreTHEY CLEANED THE CARPET AND A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER THE SPOTS WERE BACK. THEY DID COME OUT AND SPOT THEM AGAIN, BUT NOT UNTIL AFTER A LOT OF ARGUING ABOUT IT.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY MOVE ALL THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK FOR YOU. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. MY CARPETS LOOKED CLEAN AND THEY SMELLED CLEAN. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
