Great communication, they listened and understood our vision. Everybody was very knowledgeable and skilled, they made practical suggestions that did not only save us money but make the end result much more practical and espectacular; I saw they enjoyed their work and care about craftsmanship; as a result, my house looks like those you see in the magazines. They worked one zone at the time, so we could stay home during the remodel, and they also adjusted to several set backs with the kitchen cabinets/appliances, and our schedule with the kids and pet. Joe did a fantastic job with our flooring in our home and was willing and able to get us in quickly which allowed us to move forward with other projects. Dom and Nick were awesome to work with. Dom was very responsive and answered all the questions we had prior to the start of the project. Not only was a sump pump installed but Nick removed all the dirt/clay/concrete snd replaced with stone. Cleaned up every day after they were done, did great work, everything they said they would do and more! We will use them again and would highly recommend Intensive Renovations!

I hired intensive renovations for a second floor addition to my home. It included 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the front porch being redone as well. Everything was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship Dom and his crew provide is well above average and they still gave a fair price for the project. I'm blown away by everything and have been living comfortably in this new space! Thank you!

It couldn’t have gone better. My needs were urgent and they arranged their schedule to accommodate me. The estimate they gave me was fair and accurate. Their work was excellent and there was nothing that they couldn’t do. I would use them again in a heartbeat. After seeing the job they did for me, my daughter contracted with them for some kitchen remodel and flooring replaced on their entire first floor. Dom and his brothers are all excellent at what they do and if you have a job done you’d be lucky to have Joe on the job. I would not hesitate to get them to do your job if you’re looking for a top notch contractor.
