That guy was very professional, he was like he came I asked for an estimate then he came and look at my tree for like ten minutes not saying anything which was kind of weird but overall then he looked at it and looked at it and looked at and he said oh scribble some stuff done and scribble more stuff done and yeah he was very professional took his job very seriously, I have nothing but respect for him, came in did what I ask him to do, did it when I ask him to do it, it was perfect.

Arrived on time the morning they were to begin work and immediately started work. One of the owners was present and was very professional. American Tree Co. did a great job taking down four large oak trees. They have all the latest equipment and removed the trees efficiently with absolutely no damage to property or home. They completed the removal and cleaned up all debris perfectly. When they left they informed me that someone else would be by the next day to grind the stumps to complete the job. There was one additional stump that I agreed to pay extra for them to remove and they agreed and said they would be happy to do this. From this point forward is where the breakdown started to occur. From the day the trees were actually taken down, it was a week to the day before they returned to grind the stumps. This was after numerous calls to the office to ask them to please complete the job. When I returned home from work on the day the stumps had been ground, I could not believe my eyes. All of the stumps had been ground with the exception of the one that I had paid extra for. The condition that my property was left in this time was horrible. The stumps had been ground and large gapping holes were left in the lawn with dirt and debris scattered everywhere. It looked like a battle zone. Following numerous calls to the office to try to get them back to clean up this mess, they finally returned to rake them over and clean up. I am now satisfied with the job, however it took 2 weeks from start to finish. By the way as of today the final stump has still not been ground. The bottom line is that I think American tree does a very good job, but they seem to be too busy to take care of one customer at a time. This would cause me to not do business with them again.
