They came on time and they gave me the price that they read to me on the phone. They came early and they took good care not to mess up the rugs or carpet. I thought that they were very efficient. They said they will come in at an exact time and they came at the exact time.

Consulattion with the sales personnel located on Metropolitan Avenue resulted in the determination of the BTUs needed to cool the exact square footage and address the noise issues that I wanted to control for in the selection of a unit. The consultation resulted in the purchase of a 12000 BTU Friedrich window air conditioner (cost was $20.00 less than PC Richards). I expressed concern that the installation would affect a newly renovated space with very light colored wall to wall carpeting. I was assured that the work done would be attentive to keeping a clean space. I received a call the day before to confirm the installation and was informed of two rebates from Friedrich and Con Edison.The installation was completed to order. I was very pleased with the demeanor of the technitions, their installation skills that insured the noise free operation of the unit, and the technitions' ability to effectively communicate the operational features of the until. I was very impressed by the overall experience and please with the unit that was purchased. I would definitely recommended Weston Bros., Inc.. and will use them again.

Went very well. Team was knowledgeable, answered questions, worked very efficiently and worked with us for best placement of units. Installation took three days. Crew cleaned up each day so that you almost didn't know they had been there.

Work was preformed as stated when I ordered the repair.

Weston Brothers came out October 22nd, October 23rd. The quote was $ 10,000. They gave a very good estimate, that's why I went with him. Him and his installers did a fantastic job. They bent over backwards to put the units where I wanted them. Spotless, the guys clean up, just kept the house spotless during the whole process. I plan on using them again at the end of this year for a project.

Spoke to a representative who tentatively booked an appointment for me for Wed. 7/11 at 5 pm. (I had a doctor's appointment at 3:30 pm.) Upon confirmation on Tues 7/10 and the cancellation of my doctor's appt, was told that my appointment was for between 12 and 4 pm. Explained the situation, primarily that I was never told that it would be a block time apppointment, he came with 12 - 2pm. With my work schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm that was not feasible unless I were to loose the whole day, he finally said that he could do before 3 pm. Is he not getting it..... Have to get someone else. Was very disapponted in the customer service especially when the operating hours state up to 5pm which was my original appointment time.

Michael supervised the entire project and made sure that the units were maximally positioned in each bedroom so that the outside lines were as neatly run as possible. We are very happy with the work that was done and the performance of the system.

His crew was terrific and their electrician was good. The system was with 3 air condition handlers and they knew how to work with it. They were very good, with putting the system in. They cleaned up after the job and they were fairly priced. The technicians were very nice and efficient. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

The company was very responsive and followed up several times with confirmations. I felt that I was getting very good and professional information regarding the unit I would need to heat and cool my space. I was also informed of two useful rebates from the Federal Govt. and Con Ed. that could reduce the final cost be close to $2000. Only problem in the whole experience was cosmetic. The plaster wall where the unit was installed got a little banged up so the finished look of the job was unfortunately marred. On the plus side, they spackled the hole. I would use them again.

We've been using this company for awhile. We've used them for air conditioner maintenance. We also had an issue, but it was within warranty so they were able to fix the problem. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

They were scheduled to arrive between 3PM and 6PM. When they hadn't arrived by 4:30PM I called Weston and they said the crew was behind schedule and would arrive at 7PM. No one arrived at 7PM. When we called the office to enquire it was closed for the day. We received no phone calls stating the installers would be late. At 8:05 PM the crew arrived. They aplogized for being late saying that they are always overbooked and that the office never tells the customers this. Both installers were professional and had a good sense of humor. It took them one hour to do the job. I complained in an e-mail message to Weston Brothers about the lack of communiation regarding the late arrival of their installers. Joan Weston responded via e-mail and apologized for the dleayed installation. I will use Weston Brothers for future AC installs.

They did a fine job and they seemed to know what they were doing. They showed up on time. I tried to call them several times and they never returned my phone calls.

They were thorough, pleasant, immaculate and timely. I will continue to use them in the future.

Jim gave us a thorough estimate and spent a lot of time measuring the rooms, photographing inside/outside areas for possible cable exits and outdoor condensor mount. He came back when we were ready to go ahead to review all that he had discussed with his team and to show us their suggestions. Stopped by before the job started to give us copies of all pertinent certificates (insurance, electrician's license, etc.) and to walk through with the electrician to be sure there were no surprises. The teams (electrical and installers) showed up on time, were polite, professional and hard working. The job was finished in less than two days.

They were great, and they showed up when they were supposed to.

They were excellent; they were very clean and polite and they had very reasonable prices. They were very professional and I would use them again in the future.

My air conditioner broke and I could not get any one to come over to fix it so I called them and they said that if I brought it tin they could fix it right then. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix it.

They were on time, thorough and professional. I thought they seemed quite knowledgeable. They made sure that I understood the 90-day guarantee on the service call, so that if my unit does turn out to be actually broken, I'll feel free to call them back in.

I FEEL THE WORK WAS DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY AND THE AIR CONDITIONER REALLY KEEPS THE ROOM COOLER THAN BEFORE. THE TWO WORKMEN HAD VERY GOOD SENSES OF HUMOR, THEY JOKED AROUND AND HAD ME LAUGHING WHICH MADE THE EXPERIENCE A VERY GOOD ONE.
