TAMI'S AGENCY

BUYER BEWARE: I've dealt with other agencies that do not charge to post a job. I decided to go with Tami's because Ido reassured me that they had candidates I sought. Also, I was told by the person who took my credit card information that within 24 hours I would be contacted. I didn't hear anything for 24 hours, I decided to call Ido. Ido immediately told me that it would take a week before he could find someone. He became very rude and defensive. He told me they had many clients to serve and that it was a small office. He was trying to handle the load. He said that he had to wait for walk-ins and if I couldn't wait he could refund my money. He felt I was accusing him of doing something wrong. Although, I explained to him that I was not accusing him of anything. I merely called to find out the status of the case and that I was under the impression he had candidates available for interviews. He continued his rant. I decided there was no need for me to continue the conversation and so I requested a refund. Ido then told me that he would only refund $25 because he spent time talking to me on the phone. I couldn't believe it. I told him I was reporting him to Angie's List (the Angie's List icon appears on the website). He then responded that he would refund my money. I received a receipt from Tami's indicating there was a refund credited to my card. To be on the safe side I contacted my credit card company. I decided to go ahead and submit a review because Ido's actions lead me to believe there's a scam here. Stay away from this agency whether you're looking for help or looking for a job. Very unprofessional.

The cleaning lady arrived at my house 30 minutes late. After working at a snails pace (because they get paid by the hour)to clean half of the apartment the lady came to me and asked me for a sandwich before she cleans the rest of the house. I said that I did not have anything to make a sandwich in the house. Then she asked me for corn flakes and a mange. She cleaned the living room and then I had to tell her to clean under the sofa. She cleaned the kitchen and then I had to tell her to clean the microwave. After her requests for food, I told her that if she was hungry she could just clean my sons bathroom and then we could call it a day. She cleaned his bathroom in record speed and then came to me for her payment. After I paid her and she was getting ready to leave her cell phone rang and she sat on my sofa and took the call. I called the agency after she left and told them what happened. They said sorry and would not reimburse me. Do not let them near your home or your refrigerator.
