 + -1 moreHe picked up and delivered our computer upon completion. He was not on time but he did a good job fixing it. He charged quite a bit more to fix it than we were originally told. He did say I could call back if I ever needed any other assistance. He was very nice, mannerly and respectful.

They are interested in building relationships with customers over time. They won't rip you off over a few bucks. They are very nice. They are very accommodating.
