SEARS CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

They do a nice job. I have only used one other company, and I thing their prices are very competitive. They do a nice job. I think their prices and quality are very good.

We got the carpets cleaned before we moved in any furniture so that there wouldn't be any furniture placed on wet carpers. A truck pulled up to the house that was not from Sears, so they must hire outside contractors. The men were nice and he confirmed which services they were doing and the price upfront. The carpets were cleaned & deodorized and a stain was removed in one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, they did not do anything to help dry the carpets (with a fan or otherwise) so we were left with a moldy, mildew smell in the bedrooms. I was very excited to have the existing carpets in our home cleaned before we moved in so we didn't have to replace all of the carpet upfront - but the smell of the carpets after cleaning was worse than before.

They came in set up the machine and began cleaning. The attendant came in with his son which I thought is very unprofessional for a company like Sears. It took them about have an hour to complete the job. Not worth the money.

It was excellent. They were very good. They were on time. They were very professional. I was very satisfied with it. The man who did it was very cordial. He was very neat; he cleaned up everything. He moved all the furniture he could manage himself. He was only one man but he did a very good job. I would definitely hire them again.
