They were easy to do business with; they stuck to their word - came on time (very early) and did a very good job. with both the installation and clean up. They cleaned up not only my yard but the neighbors. Finished early so you have the rest of the day for other things. They used very good materials and I find that the cost was very reasonable.

Everything went well. All issues were addressed.

I selected this company due to their terrific reviews on Yelp and Angies list. The project manager Sean was very helpful in explaining what they would do. He was very responsive before, during and after the roofing job. His price was very fair and somewhat lower than others. He provided a detailed proposal and guaranteed their work for 10 years. And included a GAF lifetime warranty on material. After the job his 4 man crew cleaned the premises without leaving even one piece of debris. Don't waste your time with other roofers. Just call Sean.

Royal Renovators were a great company to work with! We needed siding done on our house and they were very professional about the visit, as well as how to handle everything. Communication was great, as well as a great job done! Would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a really good experience with Royal Renovators. Sean was very responsive and took care of the situation in 2 days. The aluminum trim and soffit along my roof were blown off and left a gaping hole. Royal Renovators came to the rescue. This wasn't a big job, but Sean sent someone over within 2 days. Price was reasonable and the finished job looks good. I would highly recommend Royal Renovators.

Water leaking into kitchen from roof, called and got three estimates Royal Renovators, Sean was the only one to immediately find the root cause of the problem, birds had made holes just above the gutter under the roof shingle overhang and the rapid snow melt had caused the overflow into the soffit and house. The first two estimates had planned to remove portions of the roof and re-paper, which would not have solved the problem. Worker came as scheduled and did professional job and capped with matching Tudor brown siding a second bird hole on the none gutter side of the soffit. Very happy, would definitely use these guys again.

I was in a panic because my bedroom ceiling was leaking and my roof needed to be replaced in the middle of the winter. It was a nightmare. I interviewed several contractors and roofers and got little information and a variety of prices and explanations of what was happening with my roof. Sean was the first one to respond and I was disappointed in all the others who came after him. The warranty was the best offered. The customer reviews were exceptional. His price was within the range of the others so I decided to go with this reputable company whose website was thorough. I was so pleased with the job and the whole experience. Sean was very responsive and professional in getting our roof that was leaking fixed before a big snow storm. They replaced a few deteriorating flat roofs and re-roofed a portion of the slate roof. I compared against two other Angie's list roofers and prices appeared reasonable considering the work involved. So far so good.

Great group of guys! Fair up front pricing! The team at Royal Renovators completed my roof and gutter project in one day. Their estimator and project manager, Sean, was very informative during the free estimate. Edgar the foreman watched the crew to ensure they did the roof properly. Price was reasonable and job came with warranty. Look forward to giving them more work on my siding and windows next year.

I was told It would be cost effective to supply the materials myself, after that disaster I let them bring it. The work went well but required multiple visits. Some changes had to be made because of the roadblocks they ran into. Over all the workers were great.

Overall very satisfied with the work Royal Renovators Roofing did on my home. My husband and I found them on the internet and heard of them through a referral in my neighborhood. They did a fantastic job on my house. Roof replaced in one day. Quick, clean, efficient, and professional. Would highly recommend them to others. Price was right, service was right, can't complain. Received constant communication from the office and from the Project Manager Sean. They have the experience and it shows. I'm happy to leave them this review.

What I liked about Royal Renovators Roofing Inc. was the honest up front pricing and explanation of what to expect. The presentation by the Royal estimator lasted a few hours, as I asked many questions and wanted to see all the materials they were going to use on my roof. Jon the estimator came out on a Sunday and sat with me and my wife and showed us pictures of previous work, showed how they do roofing, and explained the GAF 50 year warranty they provided. After seeing the entire roofing system there's no surprise the roof will last 50 years if not longer. The crew members were professional, courtesy, showed up on time at 7:30am, and finished the roof in one day. I feel very confident I made the right decision with Royal and feel you couldn't go wrong with them as a company.

Royal Renovators is Outstanding!! Shingle Roof and Gutters were leaking into my house after years of procrastinating on replacing them. I called the company which I found on Angies List, they gave me an estimate the same day, and by the end of the week they were tearing off my roof. Their prices are very competitive, since I had 3 other estimates. Sean the Project Manager / Estimator was very informative during the free estimate, explaining the pros and cons of the roofing options they offer, and taught me all about roofing. I felt after the consultation confident they I knew about roofing and what would happen the day of the installation. When the day came, they showed up with a crew of 13 roofers and 3 trucks. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding. Everyone was in uniform and worked like experts. Sean was there the entire time to ensure the work was up to standard. I immediately wanted to leave this review because Royal did a great job! And in construction that's a rare find. A+ would recommend Royal Renovators Roofing to everyone.

I called Sean at Royal Renovators. He picked up immediately on a Sunday night! I emailed some pictures from my phone and we agreed on an estimate over the phone. Sean didn't need to come in person. He emailed me the detailed contract, his insurance, and workers comp info the next day. His two guys came the following day as agreed at 9AM. They did an amazing job and the lead contractor (Omar) had 11 years of experience and it showed. They worked six hours straight without taking a break for lunch. The work was level and detailed. It looked good as new. I will definitely be calling Royal Renovators again. The price was very reasonable and a couple of my neighbors agreed that these guys were pros. One - hopefully minor - thing that I didn't like was that they used one long rain gutter which connected my building with my neighbors since I paid for both rain gutters. I would have preferred to have a completely separate rain gutter since my neighbor is absentee and rarely maintains his property. But, this is partially my fault for not explicitly getting that in writing in the contract. However, I sleep better knowing that they have a lifetime warranty on their work. I had a great experience. My problem was completely solved in two days with minimal hassles. The price was reasonable and it was done right the first time. Highly recommended.

I found ROyal Renovators on ANgies List. When I called and scheduled the estimate, they were at my house the next day. I liked the materials they showed me and the way they explained they do roofing and the pricing was fair. They emailed me 3 referrences and they all were satisfied with the roofing work, so I went ahead with ROyal. On the day of the installation, they showed up on time at 7:30am, came with a full crew of 12 workers and a foreman as well as the estimator Sean. They were very professional, all in uniform, and cleaned up when they were done. The installed every material they promised, and even protected my neighbors houses with blue tarp so they wouldn't get damaged from shingles tearoff. I couldn't be more happy with the price, the quality of the roofing, and the customer service and expertise. WOuld highly recommend them to all neighbors and friends. Great company

Project went extremely well from my perspective. When Sean was there for the estimate, we discussed a couple of potential issues and possible solutions beforehand. The team showed up at the scheduled time - very prompt and courteous. ONe or two of the issues that had been discussed were discovered and the team promptly handled them as discussed earlier with Sean. The team did a fantastic job installing the new roof, fixing the hatch area, building a new water proof hatch cover. Everything looks terrific and professionally done. Would recommend Sean and the team to anyone needing work done.
