Very smooth. Salesman we're great. They explained everything that was going to be done in order to fix my roof. The installers came on time and very professional. The spoke with me explaining what the will be doing before they started. Answering all my questions. The repair was done with care. I'm glade I was able to find a great company.

This company is outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are in need of gutters replaced this is the place to go.I had a gutter problem with the gutters not being pitched correctly causing a back flow into my home.I reached out and was immediately connected to a salesman named Sean. From the moment I spoke with this young man I was put at ease with his polite demeanor and professionalism.He informed me he would be right over to access my issue.I tell you with in a few minutes he told me where he saw my issues and understood my concerns.He was informative and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns He was straight forward and not pushy told me just what was needed to remedy the problems. I was so happy with the information and price he gave. I decided I might as well do the entire system while he was at it. Fantastic seamless gutters custom fitted to my home. I mean everything from a drip edge to downspouts.For the price you could not get better, I am very,very happy with the fit and finish of the entire project. The staff was also very neat and left my home clean and tidy.I highly recommend them.

Royal Renovators recently installed a new roof on my house. From the beginning the owner, Stefan, explained the process and answered all my questions. Due to budget constraints, I required financing for the project and Stefan facilitated the process. His Project Manager, Sean, was in constant communication with me. It was reassuring to see Stefan on site the day of the installation. His crew was very organized and worked as a unit. Even after Stefan left, his crew remained professional and worked non-stop throughout the process. Edgar and Carlos, the foremen, maintained a good rapport with the crew while keeping the pace of the work going at all times. Additionally, there were some damaged joists that were discovered during the installation. It was immediately brought to my attention and a method of resolution offered while responding to my questions and assuring me that it would be taken care of. I appreciated that not only was Royal Renovators prepared with the materials needed for the job at hand, but they were also prepared for any contingencies that could arise. At the end of the project, all debris was removed and my property was left very clean. Carlos conducted a walkthrough with me and gave me a summary report of all the work that was done. I’m extremely satisfied with Royal Renovators. As a company, the customer service was excellent, the product was solidly built, and I feel safe and confident with the end result. Finally, I want to say that I was impressed not only with the level of expertise and professionalism of the owner, Stefan, and his diligent staff, but also with their level of accountability and integrity. Without a doubt, I would gladly recommend this company to any individual who is in need of their services.

Received a call Immediately and scheduled an appointment. Royal Roofing never showed or called.

We are every pleased with the outcome. You won't be disappointed. Their level of workmanship and the quality of the materials used is exceptional.

The roof was in terrible condition. In one day they replaced the entire roof and brought it all up to code. My worries have been eliminated. The leaking has stopped

Overall it went well. Came in with their crew a little later than expected but that worked better as it gave me a chance to clean up a little more. They did leave out one part but came back the next day to fix it.

Well what a roof!!! What a project! Rain and delays but finally we got to the finish line. And it truly is amazing and stunning. I sometimes find myself just staring at the new roof. Plenty of compliments on the black gutters from neighbors must say. Will definitely be recommending Royal if anyone ever asks...Truly spectacular and remarkable job guys! Just love it! The work was done professionally and promptly. The did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done.

They did everything they said and it went very smooth They came at 730 and by 4 the job was done and they cleaned up work area as if they were never there I would recommend them to everyone

Thye were here early, worked hard and fast, and cleaned up very well when done. I didn't know what to expect, and they were referred to me by a friend.

I hired Royal Renovators Inc., in Sept. 2016 to renovate and install a new roof called a “FLAT ROOF TEAROFF” for my Bellerose house since, when it rained heavy, the water pooled toward the back end of the roof and leaked inside the house. When Royal Renovators finished the job, I hosed the roof to test for water retention and found that the water still pools toward the rear end of the roof, same as it had on the old roof . Since standing water accelerates roof deterioration, I asked Sean of Royal, to fix this problem before I pay the balance. Sean was adamant that they would not fix it stating that it is normal for roofs to retain water and that the contract does not indicate that ‘the roof should not retain water’. He maintains that their work is guaranteed not to leak for 20 years therefore water retention is not a problem. A 20 year guarantee is not a substitute for a shoddy job. How about doing the job right so it does not have to be redone for 20 yrs Real professionals do not deliver a new $12,600 roof that retain water and even worse, pass it on as okay. A few days later Sean e-mailed me threatening to file a “mechanic’s lien” if I didn’t make full payment immediately. Due to lack of funds for legal costs to fight Royal Renovators on this, I made full payment for the job. Seems these people are experts in the legal aspects of contract rather than roof. If you are looking for a contractor who will own up to their mistake and do the right thing, providing a solution rather than legal threats, then keep looking. For those who will hire Royal Renovators despite this warning, make sure you have the time and money for legal events if and when it comes. Know the job down to the smallest details & reflect it in the contract.

Our new roof and gutters were installed promptly and professionally. The team came when they said they would and completed the entire roof job in just two days by using a team of over ten roofers. There were a few unexpected costs once the old roof was torn off, but it seemed fair and they did their best to keep costs down and explain the issue encountered.

Best roofing and siding company in Queens. Hired Royal Renovators in Forest Hills to replace the leaking shingle roof in front of my house and also replace the old worn out vinyl siding in front as well. During the installation we decided to replace our entire home's all worn out gutters with new white seamless ones. Overall I would have to say their price was fair and competitive. As far as workmanship, it was impeccable. Perfect quality installation and cleanup. Customer service was also there with responsiveness by the Project Manager Sean every step of the way. In short, I highly recommend Royal for all roofing and siding.

Royal did a great job on my roofing & siding project. I hired them to replace my shingle roof and vinyl siding on all sides of my house. They also replaced my gutters and soffits and fascia and three windows. Sean gave me the estimate and I decided to move ahead. The day of the installation they arrived on time and completed the roof in 1 day. They completed all siding and window work in 2 additional days. And the gutter crew completed the gutters soffits and fascia capping in 1 day. I had a brand new exterior in 5 days! Highly recommend Royal Renovators Inc. due to their high reviews on Angie's List as well as their superior workmanship and service!

Our roof was leaking from the outside in for a while. So we called several roofing experts for a quote, and stumbled upon Royal Renovators. After comparing several quotes and discussing minor details, we decided to go with Royal Renovators because of the relatively competitive cost and the number of positive reviews. The crew came in early on Saturday and worked until the afternoon. We had to replace 4 pieces of rotten wood due to the water seeping in. When all was done, the roof looked like new. There were a few things that I wanted to know about the roof and asked the foreman, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. It has been a month, and I haven't seen a leaked yet; so far so good! Overall, I would recommend these guys.

To be honest with you it got very expensive so I would have to say that the price you guys had on it, the thing is I think I got over charged on it. I just said okay let's just do it. They came by with an estimate, you know, and a week or so later they came by and did the work. They showed up with their workers and they did everything, they left me with a couple of things here that I had to fix myself but anyway I couldn't say they were terrific it's just that I thought I got over charged and I should have shopped around. It was more money than I wanted to spend. It turned out it almost doubled, you know, with you guys advertised on your website and what it finally came out to was a lot more money so that's really what I'm saying.

Hired royal renovators to install new vinyl siding on my home in Queens. They were prompt to schedule me for a same day appointment when I called. They just completed the vinyl siding which also included new white soffits, fascia capping, and white seamless gutters. They also repaired a minor section of shingle roof in the back porch. All I can say is wow. Sean the project manager was very professional and communicative every step of the way. The foreman on site ensured that the quality of the installation was superb. They completed the project in 1 day. Yes that's right in 1 single day, starting at 7am and completing it at 6pm. My house looks amazing and I'm happy I went with them.

Called Royal Renovators when I saw them on Angie's List as a roofing company to get a free estimate on a roof repair. My roof started leaking in the last rainstorm and I needed an emergency visit. Sean the project manager showed up on time on the day schedule in advance, gave a fair price for the repair needed and completed the project in 1-day later in the week. They also contracted to do the vinyl siding and white seamless gutters. Based on good customer service, fair pricing, and quality of work, I give Royal Renovators Inc a strong recommendation to all.

All went as planned. Sean notified when his guy would come and then again called when he received an update from worker (cannot remember his name) confirming that no additional work needed to be done to finish the job. If you look at that side of the roof, you would never know that there were 2 holes there. The match to the existing shingles was so close, even I am amazed! His guy let me know what he was doing and updated me as he went along. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed a new roof or repairs.

We had a leak round the chimney. I called Mr. Sean Levine he jumped over just to get the job. It was 2/18/16. They remove newly installed copper flashing and installed cheap colored aluminum flashing and did low quality work and now the roof leaks much worse than before. I don't know what they did and the roof round the chimney is not straight. At that time Mr. Sean said when the weather warms up it will become straight. I called him and he came and took some pictures and promise to come back and fix the leak. But he did not come back. I called him and sent emails. Now he is not answering my calls and emails. The roof leaks and the walls inside are damaged badly. After he did the job I spent $800 to fix the inside walls. Now I have to do the same work all over again. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF WORK

ROYAL ROOFING COMPANY ARE VERY HONEST. THEY CAME ISPECTED MY ROOF AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD BRAND NEW ROOF AND NO SERVICING WAS REQUIRED, LOVE THEIR HONESTY. DEFINATELY WILL USED THEM IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.

They were easy to do business with; they stuck to their word - came on time (very early) and did a very good job. with both the installation and clean up. They cleaned up not only my yard but the neighbors. Finished early so you have the rest of the day for other things. They used very good materials and I find that the cost was very reasonable.

Everything went well. All issues were addressed.
