Description of Work: Was very quick and efficient. While the marble kitchen counter was not like new again it was still a substantial improvement. He was able to remove all the acid etching and scratches. One stain was deeper set and the overall polish wasn't quite as shiny as when it was first installed. Perhaps my expectations were too high. However, I would use the service again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Upon installation (by others), our new marble tile floor had been left with several large splash-shaped etchings, where the marble's "shine" had been dulled. Arnon, of Marble Cleaning NYC, came to look at it the same day I called him, and was on the job two days later. In the space of a morning, our new marble floor looked as shiny and beautiful as we'd imagined when we first planned it. We will definitely call Marble Cleaning NYC when periodic maintenance/"freshening up" of the marble floor is needed in the future.

 + 0 moreArnon was great. When I first contacted him, he was extremely responsive and was available on short notice. He arrived on time for an estimate and was very reasonable. In fact, I was considering more extensive work on my bathroom floors but he candidly told me it was not necessary (even though he would have been paid more for the extra work). After I scheduled an appointment, he arrived on time with a worker and they did a great job. Arnon also called me the next day to follow up and make sure I was happy with the result.
Description of Work: Polished and cleaned marble bathrooms floors and counter and travertine floors and counter in second bathroom.

He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of stone and how to take care of them. He is in business for 20 years. I would recommend him on the spot.

 + 0 moreArnon answered right away, gave us a quote over the phone and came over later that afternoon. We had been thinking of replacing the counters but now are so glad we didn't. They really brought them back to life. There were previously water stains, scratches and other imperfections that another company tried to remove to no avail. Arnon and his assistant were knowledgeable, and assured us that they could definitely improve the look and we would be happy with the results and we were extremely happy.

He was very accommodating with his schedule so he wouldn't bother our normal operating hours. In the end, he did a fantastic job. The store looks like it's brand new. I look forward to working with him a regular basis.
