Sidone did a beautiful job of organizing my clothes closet. It looked so beautiful when she finished. Best of all she did the job on her own - that was important to me - she did the thinking and problem solving without my help. The second person cleaned my home, even my mircowave and toaster oven. And changed some covered ceiling lightbulbs. I've hired them in the past and I've hired other companies too but went back to J Services. - Hannah

They cleaned the areas I asked them to clean.

I purchased a 3-time 2-hr. cleaning service on a deal through Groupon. I called to set up my 3 cleaning dates. The person on the phone was very nice, took all my information and told me I'd get a confirmation email. I never got an email. Today 5/5/12 was the first scheduled cleaning. No one showed up. I called and got someone who told me they didn't see my last name on the list. He said all the managers were out (Saturday) and said he'd call a manager and have them call me directly. I'm still waiting for a call hours later. I don't even know if my other dates are still on their schedule (I doubt it). I tried calling back, went through the automated system and then it sounded like the line picked up and then disconnected (maybe it was my imagination) I immediately called back again and got different choices on the automated system and ended up with a voicemail system saying no one is available and to leave a message. I obviously can't attest to the quality of the service since there wasn't any service. If we manage to sort this out I will come back with an updated review.
