Hak Bin Ahn is the Director of Sales & Leasing for Kaled Management's newly formed Residential Sales Brokerage Division. Hak Bin started working for Kaled Management in 2012 as an associate broker and was quickly recognized for his skills and awarded this latest promotion.
Kaled Management currently handles sales for over 3,000 co-op and condo residencies in 28 properties throughout the firm's owned and third-party management portfolio. The new brokerage division, with an office at 69-39 Yellowstone Blvd in Forest Hills, NY was set up to offer this additional service to the company's co-op and condominium clients and has more than doubled in size during its' first year.
The family owned company currently provides management services to over 6,500 residential units throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Westchester and New Jersey with properties ranging from garden apartments to mid-rise and high-rise building, as well as commercial properties.
"My passion for real estate and continued effort to further my knowledge of the industry has led me to great success," said Mr. Ahn. "I want to provide my clients with the most accurate information as well as a keen eye for detail so that I can achieve the best results possible for them."
Mr. Ahn, who is a long time resident of Forest Hills, was first exposed to real estate investment by his father and grandfather. He received his real estate license in 2006 and began his career with EXIT Realty, where his focus was helping the residents of his community buy and sell real estate. He was consistently a top producer for them and in 2010 was recognized as a multi-million dollar seller at the EXIT National and Regional Conference. He also received the Award of Excellence from Realtors.com, and was designated a Certified Buyer's Representative. In addition to all of his achievements at EXIT he also helped them train new agents and help them build a strong team structure.
"My focus has always been to better understand the trends and marketing conditions of the economy, giving me important insight and helping me become a specialist at marketing and selling properties," he said.
Hak Bin continues his concentration on education and training with renowned national sales trainers. He is known for being a great listener and master negotiator and has been able to obtain his sellers' top dollar for their homes in a short amount of time. The satisfaction he gets from making his clients happy is what keeps him motivated to continue to do better.
"Build a strong base, focus and replicate, this will draw more attention and others will see what we can really accomplish," he said.
Mr. Ahn is looking forward to growing the new brokerage division for Kaled Management. His strategy is simple: customer focus. Hak Bin has built a strong foundation for the division by focusing on response from customers and clients. His good customer connections make it easy to feel what it is like be in client's shoes, helping him to better give them what they want. His drive to meet new people and build his existing relationships, as well as his ability to stay on top of trends and marketing, is a sure recipe for success.
"I believe there is no short cut in life, the faster you go up, the faster you go down. I am here to stay," he said.
Hak Bin Ahn holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from University of New York at Binghamton and has been involved in community service for Habitat for Humanity.
