When we made the decision to finally redo the main bathroom in the house, I dreaded the numerous shopping trips to the various tile, big box stores that I would have to make in order to get everything that I needed. Fazio Tile was recommended to me by my contractor and I decided to go ahead and try them. I made an appointment with Joanne and we spent approximately 2 hours together. She is very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. She took me through the process, step by step - what color scheme was I thinking about, type of tile, bath/shower, vanity, mirror, etc. The tile selection at Fazio is quite impressive. After choosing the tile I wanted, it was off to the border section. Once again, you are faced with so many choices but Joanne quickly pulled a few based on the look I wanted (small glass tiles) and I found one that I was quite happy with. We moved on to the shower , shower doors, rain shower head....everything. Joanne gave me a few options for each piece of the bathroom so I was able to put togther the options that fit into my overall budget. She provided guidance and comments (Pros and Cons ) on items that I was on the fence about - rain shower head vs. wall mounted shower bar, seat or no seat in the shower stall, medicine cabinet with frame or frameless. Joanne was very patient throughout the whole process. She was a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom was completed about two weeks ago and it looks great! I would recommend Fazio Tile to anyone who is looking to redo their bathroom.

Had to order things like thresholds and accessories at last minute Joanne took care of everything

I would rate everything as and quot;Excellent.and quot; Joanne spent hours helping us choose the best sink and shower fixtures, flooring, grout, ighting, and vanity. She worked with our tastes, not her own. She didn't try to push us beyond our stated budget. Everything she recommended exceeded our expectations. The store kept everything together until all items had arrived and then delivered everything promptly and without any hassles.

I had my own contractor so the work was not performed by Fazio

After visiting many tile stores and being completely overwhelmed by the number of choices and decisions I needed to make, Joanne at Fazio tile was a blessing! They had an amazing selection of high quality and unique tile in a third of the space most other tile stores have. Joanne took her time to assist me and guide me to tile selections based upon my description of what I wanted. She was beyond helpful! She knows her stuff! All in all a wonderful experience and when I get around to doing my kitchen I most certainly will go to them for my tile.

Fazio's has been around for many years, the father had started the company and now the son runs it. They have high quality tile. Their price is high but well worth it. Their selection is second to none. I would recommend Fazio Tile.
