Danny from DL Restoration Corp showed up to my home to initially appraise my bedroom ceiling for repair. While he was there we consulted him on some other work that needed to be done in my home. After he left he promised to send the estimate by the end of the week and he didn't. I had to contact him for the other estimates and after my roof experienced a leak he told me he would send his supervisor to give me an estimate on my roof. He said sometime during the week. His supervisor never called or showed up. Its not a good look when you have to beg for an estimate to be sent. Also, when a company makes promises they don't make good on that's a red flag not to do business with them.

"I provided you with a verbal estimate at site and I asked if you want to do the job I would draw a contract but you never approved the work nor you requested contract to be drown. We are here to works and make money don’t you think? Why would I refuse work that’s none sense."

DL Restoration never sent me the estimate they promised. A representative came to my house to look at the bathroom, and we spent some time talking it over. He told me he would e-mail me the estimate within 3-4 days. I never heard back from him. I have called the company three times, and I've spoken to the representative himself twice, and he keeps telling me "It will be sent tomorrow." That was about a month ago. I would not recommend a company that wastes my time and doesn't even bother to send the estimate, and even lies about their intentions to send it!
