After calling a different (highly rated) locksmiths and security companies who couldn't fit us into their schedule until next week, I gave Digital Security Concepts a try. I spoke with Nicole, who was patient and polite even though I was in a loud environment and had to ask her to repeat himself a few times. I'm awful on the phone. Anyway, she offered to send someone by that same evening, which is exactly what you need from a security company. Incredible service! They did what they said, when they said it would happen, and all at very affordable prices. They also did some very nice extra touches such as calling when they were 10 mins. away. I will always use Digital Security Concepts! I give DSC five stars for their professional service.

We had few burglaries in our community in last one month. Since we have very expensive stuff in our business we wanted to make sure that we are not a next victim. We searched few companies on search engine and spoke with few friends and Digital security concepts were highly recommended by few of our family friends. We called their sales office and set up an appointment for consultation. One of their very professional sales consultant Dave Strauss came, he was very informative and friendly. He recommended us a system which was in our price range and few days later they sent us a two service techs to install our new alarm system.
