The owner was very down to earth and worked with me on what needed to be done to satisfy my needs.

I texted Lynn Johnson Roofing at night as we were traveling and we would be arriving the next morning to substantial snow. Lynn contacted me almost immediate and guaranteed that he would have it done before our return the next morning. Lynn was not only very accommodating, but he was so friendly to deal with.

I was charged a bit more than originally quoted, which wasn't cool. I was 1st told $40-50 & then added my walkway, which I was told was an extra $20, but was charged $80 instead of $70. & they misunderstood what I wanted which took a bit, but they got here fast, & did the job quickly. I'll use them again & just make sure to nail them down on cost.

all our good old boys just couldn't seem to fit us in. Within hours Lynn was back to us,reviewed our wants and job and then stayed in contact.Even after a few door purchase errors on our part all went well and job is complete. Lynn was great to work with throughout the whole process of getting my roof replaced. Johnson Roofing was the second company I got out to take a look at my roof but what made the difference was the fact that I didn't have to keep asking Lynn for a written estimate. When the time came for the guys to do the work, we all ended up realizing that it was a bit of a bigger job than originally anticipated. There was some rotten wood that you couldn't see until the roof started coming off. I was understanding about the fact that this added a bit to the original quote. But what was really great is that Lynn cared enough to free up a second day to work on it. This way the job was able to be completed in 2 consecutive days without keeping me hanging at all. It's been a couple months since the work was done and so far so good. There have been no leaks, the new roof looks great and I would definitely work with Lynn again on other projects (hopefully not too soon though).

Leak... torrential rain... on a Sunday morning... and Mr. Johnson arrives in 15 minutes, sizes up the situation, climbs his ladder, then all is well. AND I RUN A HOSPITALITY BUSINESS WITH ALL ROOMS FULL. If you want to do business with a responsive craftsman call them. If not, ask yourself why?

The contractor was top notch. They went out of their way to show up on time and took the time to explain all the work. They came mutiple times to make sure we were happy with their work and service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Lynn.
