Description of Work: We needed a repair on a countertop they sold us and installed a few years back. We made it clear we were willing to pay for the repair, as it was out of warranty and wasn't the result of a product defect. The guy who answered the phone just focused on "not covered by warranty," in separate calls from my wife and me and, after promising to get back to us, did not. He wasn't particularly polite either. Avoid.

I had no prior knowledge about tiles, cabinets, etc. The store assistant was very helpful in answering my questions and explained to me all the differences among bathroom tiles and kitchen cabinets. I liked the show room on the first floor, and would definitely buy some tiles that were on display there as soon as I close on my house. I learned a lot about kitchen cabinets from the display on the second floor.
Description of Work: This was my first time to go to a tile and cabinet store. I wanted to learn some basics of home remodeling.

After looking at multiple stores in NY and NJ for countertop solutions, I chose Swan Tile and Cabinets due to their friendly, prompt and professional service. I would say they are middle of the road in terms of pricing (I purchased Silestone Grey Expo as the stone for my countertop) but you more than make up for the price in service benefits. For example, we had scheduled a kitchen countertop measurement in NJ with the expectation that my kitchen cabinets were installed and low and behold the GC did not fully install the cabinets. Swan had no problems just coming back another day once the installation was complete and didn't charge me for the additional visit. My sales contact, Sunny, was incredibly knowledgeable about the various products in the store and was able to suggest items that worked within my budget. Additionally, I felt that the store was well decorated and looked very professional compared to other stores that were in the Flushing, NY area. Overall, I would highly recommend going back to Swan Tile and Cabinets for future kitchen remodelings.
Description of Work: I had a kitchen countertop measured, fabricated and installed in my newly rennovated kitchen.
