Description of Work: I had a stainless steel fencing installation done 3 years ago. It was done well. But a couple of months ago I noticed the bar that the gate latches onto was bent and the it would not lock. I tried manually to straighten it, but the bar snapped off. The original installer has proven totally disinterested in coming out to repair the problem. I then used Angies' List to find this company which has an A rating..He stated the minimum charge is $300. That is absolutely ridiculous. It is no more than a 10 minute job to weld this 4 inch bar back on. He would not budge at all. The gate itsef did not cost more than $300 so I am angere3d and disappointed that this company shows no interest in doing a small job. at a reasonable fee. I am willing to pay up to $100 for this service and I do believe that is more than fair.

+ 0 moreFound this company on the internet, called them and Harry came to give me an estimate. He arrived on time, measured my property, and wrote out a quote for me. After discussing what I wanted and the time frame for the work to commence, and how long it would take, I gave him a 40% deposit. True to what he said, 2 weeks later, Annie in his office called me to schedule the work. The installers, led by JIn, arrived on time at 9 AM and worked professionaly all day long to install the gates, fences and rails I had ordered. They stayed til 8PM that evening and completed the project, haling away all the old fences as agreed and cleaning up the area. A very pleasant experience, the workmanship of the products is breathtaking.
Description of Work: Fabricated and installed stainless steel driveway gates, porch rails, handrails and gates. Model # I selected from Sp-8024. Work was very professional, the foreman's name was Jin, very neat, timely and they staye til 8PM to finish the job. Very nice people to deal with.
