Description of Work: Mr. Ragazzi came to evaluate my items and possibly buy. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very honest to me. He looked at all the items very patiently and discussed them. I was satisfied that he gave me an honest evaluation in today's market. He offered me a price for 2 of my items. I do not know what the price should be. However I have another man coming tomorrow and I will compare prices. However I liked Mr. Ragazzi because he was so easy to talk to and seemed so decent and honest. He responded in a timely fashion to my phone calls. He arrived when he said he would. He was an extremely pleasant man. If I don't get a better offer tomorrow (which I probably wont) I will go with Mr. Ragazzi. He also responded to my phone calls in a very timely fashion. Nice to know that there are still nice people in business today.
