The reglazer showed up on time but used a heavy duty hand truck on my building's marble steps. I asked him to be careful but he was argumentative. Even though he said he didn't damage the steps, four floors of steps have chips in them, in the same spot, right where the hand truck was pulled up. (This has not happened to me in 12 years.) When I removed the paper from everything 1.5 days later, I discovered that overspray was left on my new chrome tub waste pipe, my new tile floor and wall. The fixtures not covered (like the top of the shower curtain rod and light fixture) were impacted and the areas around the tub were not masked as carefully as they could have been. Other than that, the tub looked beautiful. I contacted the company to express my concern, and another individual showed up to remove the overspray using a concentrated isopropyl alcohol. He was courteous and attempted to correct the problems from the first visit. He removed the overspray except for one spot I found after he left. I am not sure if my experience is representative of the company as a whole. The office staff I dealt with by phone were courteous and wanted to make things right. Perhaps my experience was the exception.

WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE HOME AND THEY HAVE REPLACED THE COUNTER TOPS WITH PORCELAIN. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK.
