Efren responded almost immediately to my quote request and came out the next day. Work was scheduled for two days later and completed in one day. It came out far better than I was expecting. Manuel, as Efren told me, is a perfectionist who did a terrific job plastering, painting, and cleaning up.

Nunez and his team did fantastic job with exterior renovation in front of our house new granite stairs , frame entrance ,storm door ,nice pavers inporch and walkway plus gobblestone installed ,paint etc .they provide good quality materials we’re happy and pleased Theyre well experienced and professional we revommend and will hire them again .

Yet another great experience working with Nunez Construction. (You can see my earlier reviews, dating back to 2013). Nunez and his team renovated my full bathroom beautifully. It took approximately 9 business days to complete. The work is top quality and, as always, Nunez went beyond and above. The bathroom looks beautiful and his team comprises very respectful and hard workers.

Efren and his team did a very nice job of repair and painting of the outside and inside of my home. They showed up on time daily and worked the full day, cleaning up at the end of the day. There were a couple of blips along the way but Efren went above and beyond on trying to make things right. Efren was very responsive to request and showed up daily to keep the project on schedule and to make sure things were going right. I would recommend them and plan on using Nunez Construction again for other projects as they arise.

Nunez construction was extremely professional and reliable. I've hired them for painting and other cosmetic repairs on several occasions and was always pleased with the results. They work faster than many other GCs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home refresh

I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors.

After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with.

Received an in-person visit, but no follow up. I texted him a few days after the in-person visit, & he said he’d send me an estimate, but I did not receive anything. No communication on either side after that.

A+ The renovation went exactly as planned. Fulfilled the contract to our satisfaction and beyond. We are extremely happy with the results. Mr. Nunez, Eric (supervisor) and the crew were very professional, courteous, on time and they cleaned up at end of day (daily). After an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work. Eric (Forman/Project manager) is without a doubt one of the most experienced hands-on people you can have involved and managing the team. Most importantly – as with any project regardless of magnitude, you will experience unforeseen circumstances and require immediate attention and Efren was on-site (usually multiple times) every single day to monitor and update me on the progress and most importantly he would answer his phone every single time I called and address any concerns immediately. Nunez construction exceeded my expectations and is truly a company that takes pride in their work . . . . . .

Extremely well, they identified about 5 or six leaks in each location and did the repair. They do a great job are responsive and priced fairly. Efran Nunez and his crew are accommodating trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable.

First off I would like to start with how professional Mr. Nuñez and his crew are. They are very punctual and very attentive. When talking to Mr. Nuñez on what the work I needed to do at my home he listened and provided with his professional opinion on what were the best routes to go. I appreciated the fact that he took his time to explain, every detail but more importantly that he listened to what I was looking for and provided with excellent suggestions. His entire crew was very attentive, clean, and above all provide a high-quality service. Mr. Nuñez was at the worksite every day at the beginning and at the end of the day. He reviewed what the crew did every day and addressed any issues or concerns I would have. Overall, I am beyond happy with the services Mr. Nuñez and his crew provided. Renovation of 2 floors, bedrooms, baby proofing

If we could give Núñez Contracting 10 stars, we would. We hired Núñez Contracting to renovate 3 of our apartments in Brooklyn, NY. I have to say that they are professional and their work is excellent. Whenever we called Nunez with a question, he immediately responded. When we brought something to his attention he said no problem, we will take care of it and was done. We will definitely use him again in the near future. If anyone is on the fence about hiring Nunez contracting, don’t be. You will not be disappointed.

OMG! We hired Nunez Construction to remodel/refresh our bathroom.The owner, Efren came in, we told him what we needed, he told us what he could do and a reasonable price. After meeting other contractors we found Efren to be the most punctual, personable and professional man exceeding all others. He immediately complied with all documents required by our co-op and arranged to do the work. His 5 men team are also punctual and professional; always cleaning after themselves. Working well and responsibly focus with each other. We will highly recommend Nunez Construction to anyone needing any construction work in their home or apartment. We already recommended them to our neighbor who saw the work they did and was impressed with the end result.

We needed floor, ceiling and walls repaired on 1st and 2nd floor of our house. We've worked with Nunez Construction in the past and knew they could be trusted. Efren was able to come out to give an estimate and begin work within days of the water restoration service giving the all clear. His team came in, provided professional service and within a few days the repairs were finished. The end results were amazing, the new flooring on the second floor looks great and our ceiling and walls look as good as new. I look forward to working with Nunez Construction on future projects and would recommend them to anyone needing general contracting work done.

This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!
