Description of Work: My wife and I asked for help assessing the cost of repairing a house we want to buy. From the very beginning Efrén was very helpful, courteous, and professional. On the day of the assessment he arrived on time. When we went in to start evaluating everything he was very polite with both the owners and us. He identified all possible issues with the house and took the time to explain how he could tell, what were the potential issues we could face in the future, and what we should be careful about if we decide to buy the house. After we parted, we agreed on a delivery date for the proposal, it took him a day more than what we agreed but overall everything was fine. | |All in all a great, professional, customer service.

Description of Work: They did a great job fixing damage and painting walls in two rooms. They were on time, worked the entire day, did a great job and finished in one day!! Very pleased with the company from start to finish!
