Great. I got exactly what I needed and it looks great. Efren and his team were lovely to work with, they made it easy for me, were clean and punctual and all very nice guys. When some unforeseen issues came up we resolved it quickly, got an updated price and they finished the extra work without any delays to the schedule.

It was excellent, they came on time and the price is reasonbale.

Mr Nunez is pleasant man who arrived at appointed time for an estimate.He said he would provide the estimate later. After several phone calls the estimate was provided .I was shocked at the price which was way out line with the type of job

From estimate to completion of job, the owner Efren was responsive. His crew supervised by Eric was great.

My wife and I originally wanted to upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. We interviewed a number of contractors. Only the owner of Nunez Construction, Efren, took his time with us, and was willing to listen patiently about our wants and needs concerning the renovations we had in mind. During the course of the renovation, if we had a problem or wanted a different look from what we originally agreed upon, he and his team fixed it right away. His team worked efficiently, utilizing the time they had, and got the work done ahead of the agreed upon schedule. The completed projected, in which we ended up renovating the whole apartment, exceeded our expectations. I rate Nunez Construction an “A” and would consider them for future projects.

Efren Nunez arrived for the estimate 30 minutes early and was very pleasant to talk with. Went through the house in about 30-40 minutes discussing all of the needed repairs (other contractors took 1-2 hours for their estimates). He mentioned that in providing an estimate, ALL materials would be included (including kitchen cabinets, and bathroom vanities, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc). I asked if I were to go with him, would I be allowed to buy materials on my own (kitchen cabinetry for example) and have him install? His response was that he would not install anything that was not purchased from him. I sent him a text after he came for the estimate thanking him for the visit providing him my email address so that he could email me a breakdown of the costs. He responded 2 days later with the estimated cost of the renovation. I asked for a detailed breakdown and would only provide it if I chose his company and a contract was drawn up. Buyer beware, his estimate was over $50k less than other contractors that gave me estimates around $185K. Their estimates did not include any materials that had to be picked out. Red flags were waving in front of my face when he was indicating costs substantially lower than others and did not want to show the math of how he got there. Even waving services of $50k+ less than competitors at me, i will not accept, b/c in the end you get what you pay for. Approximate cost of service $131875.0

Nunez construction was very professional and responsive. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was high. We highly recommend the team from Nunez construction, and will be using this company for future renovations.

I highly recommend Nunez Construction. I have worked with them in two occasions already and I am pleased. He did my kitchen ceiling in 2016, and most recently, made repairs to my bathroom. Nunez showed up with a crew of 5 and worked on resealing the porch and installing new foyer ceiling at the same time. They papered and painted the porch within 4 hours or so but the foyer needed time to dry for 2nd paint coat, so 1 worker remained for the rest of the day to complete that task. All work was done well, the foyer looked great, and the workers even purchased the correct bulbs for the lighting fixture they installed (I had bought wrong ones). The crew cleaned up well after completion including wet-sweeping and mopping the sanding dust. Efren Nunez returned the following day to inspect work, and noted that the porch could use a 2nd coat of silver reflective paint, and asked me to contact them in the spring so they could do so. He was very concerned with ensuring high quality of work.

Very well. As always, they were punctual, courteous, careful and cleaned up at the end of each day, plus very thoroughly at the end of the job. The expanded apartment looks beautiful.

Mr. Nunez was very agitated on the phone and difficult to get in contact via email.

Nunez Construction is great to work with and I love their motto "we're happy when you are." They remodeled my kitchen Oct 2013 and when I call them recently asking what I should do about a plumbing problem they came immediately to check it out and correct the problem for me at no additional charge.

Fourth time we've hired Nunez Construction. As with previous jobs, crew arrived on time, well prepared, well organized. We were very satisfied with completed work. Also, as usual, at end of each day (they worked 4 days), the site was left clean. As is to be expected, any indoor work is an intrusion into daily life, but the Nunez crews try to be as low-impact as possible. We highly recommend the company.

Nunez Construction did a great job painting two bedrooms and we are completely satisfied. They delivered exactly what they said they would do and went over and above in their job performance. They planned for a two day job and it was completed within their time frame. They cleaned up after each day's work, arrived on time and worked as a team. We definitely will call on Nunez Construction for more work on our home.

Work started on July 25th and ended on August 25th, it still seems impossible that the crew were able to preform this miracle in such a short time. I had a 6 room apartment totally overhauled, bathroom and kitchen demolished and the results, breathtaking!!! Quartz countertops and backsplash, porcelain tile on bathroom walls and bathroom and kitchen floors. They removed wallpaper from 5 rooms, then sanded and primed the walls to perfection before painting them. They built closets, carpeting was removed from 5 rooms and floors were sanded and polyurethaned, I never believed they would look this good, so glad to say I was totally wrong, they are amazing! I had a project manager named Erick, he and his crew were the most wonderful men and worked 10 hour days, always showed up on time and never once said something I wanted was impossible, just the opposite, I got a few of my favorite things at Erick's suggestion. They cleaned up so well, that there was literally nothing for me to do at the end of the day and when the work was done the apartment was spotless. Efren Nunez was ALWAYS available via phone, e-mail and text and he showed up on site often to make sure that everything was going well. I met his son and daughter, who work for him and it is obvious that they take great pride in their company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NUNEZ CONSTRUCTION, THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!

I had Nunez Construction totally renovate my apartment almost 3 years ago, 6 rooms with a total gutting of kitchen and bathroom. The work took 6 weeks and I was stunned and delighted with the results, and still am! A few weeks ago the tenant above me had a toilet overflow which ruined my pantry ceiling and wall and I also noticed that due to slight shifting of the building, there were slight cracks in the moldings and certain walls, so I called Efren Nunez and once again, he came to my rescue! His crew, especially Erick and Pavel are as professional and caring as Efren, they spent 3 days at the apartment and not only did they go over everything that I asked them to, they found things to fix that I didn't even notice needed attention. While they were there I had a serious door emergency and without any hesitation, they attacked that problem and fixed it. Most contractors only like the big jobs, where there is big money, but Efren Nunez and company will always be there for you, no matter what, they proved that to me with their current care and attention. I cannot stress how much this company has done for me, I urge anyone looking for any kind of construction, renovation, painting, masonry, etc., to give Nunez Construction a try, you will not be disappointed! I received an email reply the same day contact was made but the contractor wanted me to call and I wa not able to. No additioanl attempts were made by the contractor to ask for an approintment or my alternate contact info. Contractor seems not interested or too busy.

Everything was great. Because I'm on a fixed budget, I'm doing the painting part (the easy part) myself. Efren and his guys turned the job over in half the time. And I thought that all you could do is cover the crumbling 80+ year old plaster with sheet rock. I recommend them.

I had a water main break and I needed one block of cement replaced. He had mentioned that I needed to repair some other patches of cement around my house that were cracking. I told him, for now, let's just do this piece and if I am happy with your workmanship we can discuss the additional cement items at a later date. He said no problem and that the cost to repair the cement would be his minimum charge of $500. This was on a Wednesday. I explained to him that I was going away the upcoming weekend and that I would text him when I got back and we can set up a date to do the work. At that time, I also confirmed with him if it was okay to communicate with him via text and he said yes, no problem. I came home on Monday and texted him. He never responded. I waited two days and contacted him again. No response. Now it has been over 10 days and no response. So unprofessional. If the job was too small, just so say, but don't leave someone waiting for an answer.

Called Nunez Construction on June 8th, and the person that answered the phone, whom I assume is the owner as it was a cell phone, told me he would call me back after I briefly described the job I needed done. I texted him my contact information and never heard from him.
