Description of Work: Did not show up for estimate appointment. Said he could not find house despite having GPS. Did not think to call and ask for assistance and/or to cancel appointment. Unprofessional.

Description of Work: Brought in to paint bathroom and hall. Constantly criticized bathroom contractor ( who I was happy with). Didn't bring supplies, didn't finish but wanted large hourly rate to complete job. I am not fussy and easy to please but their work was sub par.

Description of Work: I read a review for Nunez Construction Inc. on Angie's list. I thought the review was great, especially when the writer kept emphasizing how trustworthy Efren Nunez (the boss) and his men were. Since I knew my husband and I would be working, we had to have workers in our home whom we felt were trustworthy. | |Efren came over and discussed the work which we wanted to have done. He later presented us with a contract which we negotiated and a few days later the work began. Not only was Efren, his foreman, Erick and the rest of the team professional, trustworthy and respectful, they were the hardest working men that I have seen in a long time. They arrived before 9AM. However, they always knocked or rang the bell at 9AM to ask if it was okay to come in, even after we gave Erick the house keys. They taped off the rooms to try to keep the dust down and they always cleaned up before leaving in the evening. Great work ethics! | |I turned out to be a rather picky homeowner. However, throughout the entire process Efren and Erick kept us informed of the process and they were very patient with me, even when I decided that I did not like the trim tile that I had chosen for the upstairs bathroom and asked them to remove it. They removed it without hesitation or complaint. I am pleased to say that the final result is an absolutely beautiful spa-like bathroom! | |Sometimes life throws you a curve. In the middle of my renovations, I was downsized. I told Efren of this new situation and assured him that we would continue with the renovations and pay the contracted fees. Efren said to me "don't worry, Mrs. Archer, we got you." At that moment, those were the kindest words I could have heard from my contractor. I can truly say that Efren, Erick and all of his men went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our renovation project was done efficiently and on time. They even took the time to do a few extra things around the house. What a godsend! | |We ran into one snag in the kitchen design when we discovered that the sewer pipe ran through our kitchen wall. Needless to say we could not have the complete kitchen wall removed as |we had first imagined. There would have to be a column. Efren and Erick came up with a clever way to make it look like the new column was always a part of the design. Well, my kitchen looks magnificent! We have received lots of compliments. | |In addition to a total gut and remodel of the upstairs bathroom and kitchen which included under counter lighting, we also had the basement bathroom shower enlarged with a new toilet, sink and a medicine cabinet installed, the front steps rebuilt, new front and side doors and locks installed, new outside lights installed over the front and side doors, back-door landing tiled, and whole-floor air-conditioners installed on the first and second floors. The electric and plumbing were updated, and siding was installed where we had a couple of windows removed from the kitchen to make room for more cabinets. (Who needs four windows in a kitchen anyway?) I will have no hesitation to call on Efren and his staff again for any future jobs, such as expanding our bedroom closets. | |If you are looking for a home improvement contractor whom you can easily communicate with, I highly recommend that you give Efren a call. Description of Work: They renovated my bathroom. They did a great job overall. There were some issues that could have been handled better however Nunez was always willing to work things out. When a problem developed several months after the job was performed, Nunez was very prompt to remedy the problem.

Description of Work: He installed a railing for outside steps. It was important to have |it and some others I contacted didn't want to bother or said it couldn't |be done. I was satisfied with the effort he made and he did it promptly |and professionally. I plan on using him again for a bigger job involving |some construction work.

Called MR Nunez he,came said he stand by his work |did not make an oppointment but came when iwas on vacation.statedhe was in the area.He then made an appointment but it rained that day,i have not heard from him. Description of Work: The bottom layer of our four balconies had come loose and were hanging down. They ripped off all the material, attached different cement boards painted the surface and then water proofed the top surface of the balconies.

Description of Work: Repointed my front porch and installed handrails. | |The job went well, they kept the site clean, did all I asked and showed a pride of work. | |I plan to use them in the spring on future projects.

Description of Work: Called provider on Saturday to come and see my job. First he said he can come now. I said can you come at 3:00 pm. Provider said he will call me back. I never heard from him. I called him back he never answered the phone. I'm moving right along he missed the opportunity to work with me.

Description of Work: Removed old paint from the house metal trim and repainted, as well as paint the fence around the terrace area. They were on time, in fact they were early allowing for time to change, and began work at approximately 9:00am. I would use them again because of their professionalism.

Description of Work: It did not go well. They did not return phone calls. He stepped on a pet and didn't apologize. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Cut, waterproofed, re-stuccoed, and painted cracks on side and back of the house outside wall. Pointed some bricks in front of the house. Repaired and painted stones by front entrance. Removed and replaced blue stone by the garage. They did an excellent job. Made me very happy.

Description of Work: He arrived on time, was friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately his price was about twice as high as the vendor we decided to go with.

Description of Work: Redesign kitchen and bath. Took down walls and ceiling. Installed new sheetrock walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, counters tops, tiles appliances a window and painted walls.

Description of Work: I needed to do some renovation work in my kitchen. I spoke with Mr. Nunez who agreed to come one Saturday afternoon for an estimate but he never showed up or called. Mr. Nunez called me the next day wanting to come right away. I could not accommodate him as I was outside already. Anyway, I lost confidence hiring a company that would not show up for the first appointment.
