Magic Exterminating

Work is okay, but crickets tend to come in anyway.

I brought in some insects that were swarming around my porch. I was afraid they were termites. They called me later and said they were citronella ants which are harmless and probably best left alone. Just seal up cracks where they appear. Great! Obviously an honest and competent exterminator.

They were very honest. They saw a wasp nest and they told us that we didn't have to use them that we could just use the hose. Anytime a company does that they are a good company.

It went very well. It was very effective. They did not spray anywhere near food or dishes. It was also very safe. The person that came was friendly and professional.

I had called two other pest control companies and reached customer service lines located out of NYS. They in turn passed my message onto the nearest local franchise office. I did not realize this was the case until I received no response and called back. I complained that after days I had not received any call back for an estimate. I was informed that the central customer service area could only pass along my call but there was no local number I could use to reach them directly. I did find a local number for one of the other pest control companies but grew tired of chasing them. In desperation I found a yellow page add for Magic Exterminators. I called spoke directly with a customer service person who set up an appointment for the next day. Ray came at the time agreed and inspected the house and recommended, explained and provided a video of the solution recommended, which the company backs with return visits. Ray set up an appointment and two days later the problem was handled.

Two inspectors came and did a rather thorough inspection and wrote up a detailed list of things which needed to be done. A week later a technician came and did some of the items on the list. I called to complain and they immediately sent someone back to finish the job. They said it was a mis-communication on their part and they apologized. There was a 30 day window as per return visits and about 33 days later I found some more mice. Even though we had passed the deadline and they could have charged me, they didn't and sent someone out and he spent considerable time with me dealing with the problem. Now, a few weeks later, we have no mice or water bugs.

I think this company could come down a tad in price but otherwise, their treatment is effective. I have had no evidence of termites so I am pleased. I do wish they might come more frequently but I really only have good things to say about them.

Magic Exterminating did a fantastic job with the mice. Anyone who lives in Manhattan knows it is overrun by them. Since they came out though, we have not had any more problems. The serviceman was pleasant and his treatment for the problem was effective. I would recommend their services. They do both residential and business exterminations for all pests. Their prices are very fair.

Magic was costly and they were not satisfying the answers I needed to my questions. I was not that impressed with them and I probably will not use them to solve my mouse problems.

We have those water bugs that come up from the sewer and the only way to keep them at bay is spray continuously. They do a good job and I would recommend Magic Exterminating.

THE SERVICE IS RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONALLY DONE. THE SERVICEMEN ARE COURTEOUS AND THE JOB IS COMPLETED ON TIME AND TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK.

I CALLED MAGIC EXTERMINATING WHEN I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING TERMITES. I APPRECIATED HOW THE SERVICE PERSON SHOWED ME WHAT SIGNS MAY INDICATE A TERMITE PROBLEM WITHIN MY HOME.

THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE WHEN THEY ARE HERE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM OR THEIR SERVICE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I HAVE NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH BUGS AND MICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND USED CHEMICALS THAT WERE ODORLESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDED AN EXTERMINATOR.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, COURTEOUS AND TELL YOU IF YOU ANY PROBLEMS STARTING TO DEVELOP AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I AM TERRIFIED OF BUGS, SO I COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY NEVER LEAVE A BUG IN SIGHT. I THINK THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT ALL EXTERMINATORS CHARGE A LOT.

THIS IS A COMPANY YOU CAN COUNT ON. THE EXTERMINATORS ARE RESPONSIBLE, NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THERE HAS BEEN A DECREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF BUGS AROUND THE HOUSE.

THE SERVICE IS DONE PROMPTLY AND THE WORKERS ARE COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THE TERMITE SERVICE HAS TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEMS AROUND MY HOME. THIS IS A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I HAD A BEE HIVE TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARRIVED QUICKLY AND DID A REALLY NICE JOB. NOW I HAVE NO BEES AROUND MY BACK DOOR.

MAGIC EXTERMINATORS HAS NOT GOT RID OF MY PROBLEM YET. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT CARPENTER ANTS ARE VERY HARD TO GET RID OF AND THEY KEEP ASSURING ME THAT IT ISN'T ANYTHING THAT THEY'RE NOT DOING.

THEY COME ABOUT THE SAME DAY EACH MONTH AT THE SAME TIME. I THINK THIS IS A NECESSARY SERVICE IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I BELIEVE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH JOB CHECKING FOR TERMITES. THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE JOB THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR EXTERMINATING SERVICES.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND THEY ARE GOOD. THEY ALWAYS COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAVE ARE ANSWERED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

THIS COMPANY COMES OUT ONCE A MONTH AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS KEEP THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. THE WORKERS ARE POLITE AND PROMPT. THEY ALWAYS KEEP THE INSECTS AWAY.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE THING I LIKE THE MOST ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THAT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY COME OUT IMMEDIATELY.
