Description of Work: I needed to get rid of mice. Both the men who showed up--one set the traps, the other gathered up the dead mice and replaced the traps--were punctual and got the job done. I wish they could have found the entry point of the mice, but my property is large and mice can slip through really tiny holes.

Description of Work: They were excellent. It turned out that I did NOT have bed bugs, but Magic sent a person twice to check. They also answered all my questions over the phone, returned calls promptly, and just generally did everything right. Exterminators are like lawyers -- you hope you will never need one -- but if you do, it's nice to have a good one. I would recommend Magic very highly.
