Frank and his team at Lenny's General Contracting Inc. are true professionals in their field. They recently widened my existing driveway, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Despite it being a small job, they approached it with the same level of dedication and attention to details. The quality of workmanship and cleanliness were exceptional. They provided all necessary material without cutting any corners, and the edging of the driveway was particularly well done. Frank personally ensured that everything met my satisfaction, which was impressive given the scale of the job. Lenny's Contracting crew was punctual and efficient, cleaningness and a commitment to quality workmanship. I recommend them highly for anyone seeking reliable professionals who take pride in their work.

I needed a new Pump for my French drain and Frank was able to put it in the next day and was very fair with his pricing. I would defiantly recommend them.

Lennie and his crew did a nice job installing pavers for a walkway, patio and firepit Throughout the process, Lennie always wanted to make sure I was happy with the progress. As with any job, there were some challenges that Lennie had good suggestions to fix. All in all, I would hire him again to do the same job over.

I own a brick house in Ozone Park, New York. I have lived here for well over 40 years. In front of the house there is a brick stoop leading to a porch. The porch covers the first floor entrance and garage door (it is over the driveway). For as long as I could remember there was always a water leakage problem. Rain water would leak from the top of the porch and drip through the under side. This would happen everytime it rained. If it snowed and the remaining snow on the porch took a few days to melt the condition was that much worse. The cement on the porch would continually detoriate and crumble. I also had a similar issue with the bricks and steps on the stoop. The water leakage would wash out the mortar from the joints causing the bricks to come loose and fall out. I had it repaired by three different contractors in the past twenty (20) years. Inevitably it would always start to leak and detoriate within months after the repair. I would call back the contractor to show them the problem was still there and their responses varied from the house is still settling (after 50 years?), "the right job would be to tear down the porch and rebuild" to which I replied "I thought I paid you to do the right job?", to "I could redo the work and give you a discount". The winter of 2014/2015 was brutal on the cement. I saw Lenny's General Contracting doing some concrete work in my neighborhood. I took the number and called for an appointment. Lenny arrived and I didn't even have to tell him what was wrong. He knew just by looking at it. Lenny's approach was diffierent from every other contractor that came for either an estimate or to do the work. Everyone looked at it as a repair job. Lenny's main concern was to stop the leakage and then do the repair. He explained to me that the best repair job will not last if the cause of the problem is not corrected. He gave me a price that was reasonalbe, so i hired him. Lenny, his son Frank (a real gentleman) and three (3) other workers arrived at my house at 8AM to start work. They immediately began work and within a few hours the stoop and porch were taken apart. They did water proofing, they replaced a rotted drain pipe with a PVC one so it wouldn't rust again and began repairing my cement. They were there for about 3 days. Every day Lenny passed by to check on the progress of the work. Frank would always consult with me as to how i wanted the finish work and sometimes gave me suggestions (that were better than my own idea's) . They left the job site clean and neat with no debris left behind. I then waited for the rain. And it rained, but no leak. It snowed, still no leak. I waited till now a few months after the repair was completed to write this review to see how the job held up during the winter, which is when the problem always occurs. To date not one drop of water. PROBLEM SOLVED. All the other jobs leaked after 1 or 2 rainy days. This job has gone through numerous rainy days and most recently a blizzrd with 24 in

Lenny came to install a french drain around my basement. A sump pump was also installed. This was done a year ago and so far I have had no water issues. I was happy the workers put back my washer and dryer and moved back the furniture after they were finished.

The workers were clean and prompt. The work done was professional and there was a supervisor on the job most of the time to answer my questions.
