Judy is incredible, tons of energy, very knowledgeable, pro-active -- she went to see my home on her own before the meeting, really amazing. Best of all, she was totally honest with me, even when it might not be best for her. Judy explained the current market, my options, selling vs. staying, where I might go, everything. She spent a lot of time, answered all my questions. I coud not ask for more.

My husband and I contacted Energized Realty to see an apartment they listed for sale. They were prompt, courteous and helpful with making the appointment and answering questions. We will use them in the future for buying and rental needs.

I interviewed a few real estate agents but I got a reference from someone I knew that used Judy Markowitz. She is really incredible. I tell all of my friends if they are selling a house in Queens to use Judy. I'm in sales and I've never met any real estate agent that is as aggressive as her in finding a buyer for my house. She has a team of people that work with buyers and she quickly found the right buyers who were a good fit for the house. She didn't waste time with buyers who were not a good fit for the house. She also breaks down any barriers to getting the contract signed. Whatever it takes. I also think she is fair to the buyers that she works with. Quite frankly, I don't usually write reviews and I don't gain anything personally from writing this but Judy was that incredible that Iand quot;m taking the time to write this review. She is really totally different from any other agent. I was called by so many agents that wanted to list my house that I had to screen my calls and not answer my phone. I am very happy that I went with Judy.

I need to start by letting everyone know that I live in central Massachusetts, more than 3 hours from the home where I grew up in Queens NY. My 90 year old mother needed to sell the home that she had lived in for over 60 years. I found my mother a nice place to move to but I was dreading having to clear out and sell her home (mostly because I needed to do this long distance). I went to Angie's List and found Judy's Realty group listed for the Queens area. I went to their website which was very informative and that same morning called them on the phone and was able to talk with Judy almost immediately. After my conversation with her I knew that she and her group would be the answer to my prayers for a realtor who could provide the help I needed to get this house sold with me living so far away but at a fair price and quickly. They are truely a comprehensive service Realty group. I described in an earlier section all the different services that they provided to facilitate the house sale. At each step of the process they were present and available to give or get answers to my questions and help make sure that everything that needed to be done was infact completed. Yes, I needed to spend a couple of very busy weekends with my wife clearing out 60 years worth of accumulated household items from my mother's house but I was able to pile everything up in the garage that had to go and Judy arranged for everything to be removed. Judy Markowitz and her staff made the house sale process relatively effortless for me. I can truely give them my highest possible rating.

After living 60 years in our family home we decided to sell and retire to Vermont.
