Perfect prompt and polite

I have a 60 year old high ranch house with the main water pipes running the length of the lower level behind a finished soffit wall. We have had a series of pinhole leaks that soak the ceiling and create an expensive emergency call to a plumber. After the 5th such leak, I decided to replace the entire pipe. Joe quoted me the day that I posted the job to Angis. His price was quite reasonable. He started the job shortly after he quoted. He dealt with hidden issues along the way and completed the job, including the repair of the soffit nicely. He is great to work with. I highly recommend.

He did the best he could for the money I had and we will be able to have a hot bath and a shower, He also gave a great price. He really explored every avenue, but I will have to complete the project at another time because I need more work done. I am very happy Wie can take baths tonight and also showers. Plumbing is expensive and he did give me a great price. I would say he really showed lots of effort! apparently the job was bigger than I thought.

Joe from Simple Event did a great job on all 3 sinks that needed repairing. He was able to finish in one day. I was a little put off by the request for a cash deposit

When Joe contacted me, I told him about replacing the spout along with some tile for the bathtub. I sent him pictures as well. He then came over to explain what would be done step by step. He also showed me pictures from a similar job. He quoted me a price which seemed reasonable for the amount of work. We set a date for the repair. The only thing I was unfamiliar with was having to pay all in cash and put down about a 50% deposit. I spoke with a couple of other plumbers as a comparison. The other 2 couldn't really handle the job properly. Both also requested cash payment. I hired Joe since he was knowledgeable and had done similar work. He arrived prepared with everything necessary to fix the problem. He spent 4 hours on it and the results are great. I've hired him to do more work for me! I recommend Joe. He's honest and understands how repairs can be done. It's worth consulting with him to get a quote for the scope of the work.

Did not provide a sufficient COI, the job was not completed due to this reason. But dont get me wrong, the person was very friendly. I am only rating this low because of this specific project. If your building doesnt require COI, I would 100% recommend them.
