Joe was terrific! He arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, meticulous. He took pix of everything he did, explained the problem, and took care of the mess we had. When he finished each phase he took more pix. I had to give him the code to the lock box because I couldnâ t be there the 2nd day, and he even took a pic of the key in the lock box, and the closed, locked box. Excellent! Trustworthy! I would highly recommend him.

Joe refitted an external pipe connection and replaced a tap on an outside sink. Labour charge was 425 - for probably 2 hours of work. The job was done well, and promptly. My only reason for the 4* is price seemed a little high.

Joe did a great job fixing my water heater. Very happy with his work. I will be calling him for more plumbing repairs in the future.

Joe is one of the few contractors that show up on time, communicates well and also ensures that he cleans up after the job. Very detailed and really wants to get the right answer. I am hiring him again. I highly recommend him for any job.
