Tell them how do you want your sink to be fixed and with what specific exact parts to replace,otherwise you might end up being disappointed with your remodeling expetience.

I don't know why Joe is rated so high on home adviser but, I would tell anyone who is thinking about hiring this guy to think twice. You will eventually get the service that you want at an additional cost of course as he goes through the job. The total cost of my project ended up being 6K over his original estimate. Once he started the job he would make comments like I'm going to replace the ceiling lights like it states in the estimate but, I'm going to need an additional $150 for the labor for my workers. That happen on numerous items as he went through plus extra to fix items that he patched like a counter top that he just cut a square out of a piece that was being discarded and used it to patch a burn spot in the middle of the remaining countertop. His answer to why it would cost more to do it right, was because his estimate was for him to do it the way he did it. Patched and looked horrible. We had to replace the countertop and paid extra for him to install but, purchased the countertop ourself. He gave his price to install but, it didn't line up properly on the install even after we purchased the parts he told us to. The kicker is he asked for an additional $150 to cut in the wall so that the counter would fit properly. When asked isn't that part of the install process he said no because that's more work. His work is fast because he is just trying to get your job done fast by just throwing something together and get to the next job. Be warned he will want half up front cash only, and week later half of the remaining balance, and then the rest at the completion of the job. ALL CASH of course. I paid Joe on his timing and by the method he requested and I still had to ask him to remove the trash for the front yard that was created from the remodeling. If you are in a pinch like I was to get my retail unit turned around after an eviction then this is your guy. If you have the time to shop around I would recommend you use that time to find someone else.

I would give Joe 6.0 stars if this rating system allowed me to. His quality of work is off the charts! His attention to detail is second to none. He gets the project done correctly the first time around. I highly recommend him! You will not find anyone better than Joe.

Joe is a hard worker and honest as is his crew they go above and beyond of what is expected.Very professional always on time. The work is done with the ut most of care .I feel I got more than what I paid for . Would not hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone that needs a pro like him.He did a beautiful job on my basement.

Joe is a respectful contractor. He replaced multiple ceramic and porcelain tiles. He also did a difficult repair of ceramic tiles surrounding my jacuzzi. All the work was completed on one weekend which worked well for us. He did leave a bit of a mess the first day but did clean up on the second day. For the future I would ask him to clean up as he worked but overall his workmanship was great!

Job was well done. Better than i expected. I would def hire again. Time management was very flexible and helpful. Joe made sure every detail came out perfect.

Joe replaced a broken marble step in the building hallway. Throughout the project he kept in regular contact via phone and text. We even handled material selection remotely via smartphone pictures. Joe is courteous, professional and punctual.

Joe was very patient and methodical. Regardless of how small the project was, he took time to perfect each step and completed the project in a timely manner. He made a few visit, first one was the consultation, then he took a piece of the material home to work on, and the final visit was to complete the job. He worked with our schedule to the best of his ability and he gave us a very reasonable quote for the project. We will definitely be contacting him for future projects in our apartment and work with him again!

Very under standing work well done

Joe was great! He came by to asses the situation the day before and came prepared the next morning. He did exactly what I asked for and made a few suggestions. He was clean, tidy, personable and the grout he replaced in my small bathroom looks great!! I would hire him again!!! Thank you!

Joe is very conscientious and works meticulously. He is not speedy and sometimes comes late, but his attention to the smallest details is exemplary.
