Great work overall. Fixed my problem, got the job done, and came back as many times as it took to get it right. If anything Joe was a bit too earnest in his own predictions about what time he'd arrive. Ask him ahead of time for a firm time of arrival, and request that if he's going to be late for whatever reason that he text or call you well in advance. Also remove ahead of time anything from a bathroom you don't want soiled or dirtied from the work. It gets messy in there. I recommend Joe without reservation for your small to medium sized jobs, as he works alone.

Joe is very consciousness of his work and will do whats neccessary to get to the root of the problem. While I feel the fee for the job was more than I expected to pay he made up for it with his concern for the task.
