I am an out of state investor and I purchased a property in NY that had issues with a deadline to have tenants move in. My sump pump went out and the lower level was flooding. Joe came to the house evaluated it and gave us a quick fix until he could order the correct parts and pump. Joe replaced the pump, re-piped everything and then sealed my window to prevent rodents, air, and water from coming in and went above and beyond what the call of duty was for. I am heading back to California resting assured that in the future all I have to do is call Joe and I will have a peace of mind with what I hired him for He stayed in the property unattended and worked diligently. I wish more pros were like hi. He gave me 1 price and he did not play any games. i would recommend him anytime.Thank you very much for everything Joe!

Joe called as a result of my inquiry to HomeAdvisor and explained what could be involved in dealing with my plumbing problem. He was able to come on a Sunday morning, and came exactly at the appointed time. He fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee. I would hire him again.

Joe requires a 50% upfront payment to do the job. He has no company letterhead for the initial estimate and only gives a receipt via phone text. In addition, his price to do the plumbing job, in my opinion, is very high. Beside these minor negatives, he did a good job. So far the drain pipe from the shower and the sink from the first floor is not leaking. The plumbing job was done yesterday.
