A transaction/job. Joe was professional and knowledgeable, which included his communications on the status of the project, timing, and steps required. He provided a great service that included smooth walls, primed finish, and he cleaned up after the job. Him and his team worked independently without interruptions which included showing up every morning on time despite my unavailability (kids and dog). Despite few reviews and a higher estimate than others, Joe demonstrated why his cost was higher based upon his experience, payment options, appropriate invoicing (this job would be submitted to insurer), and finished product. Thus, I highly recommend JL for your future projects.
