Impress Moving & Storage

They try to scam you anyway they can, the worse of it was when the salesman Paul, told me that they would charge by the hour from the time they got to me and until the last box comes off the truck. I spoke in length with him about this because no other mover was telling me that. But talking with Your Home Town Movers I found out that is not the case. I called Impress moving back to find out that they charge from their place of business and until they return to their place of business which would have increased my estimate from them by $500 or more. Then he came back with a firm offer of 1150.00 and told me in a mumble that there's a stair and yardage fee but we already went over that. I stopped him because I never heard of that and apparently if they go up more than 1 flight of stairs any other stairs they go up is an additional $75 fee per staircase and after a certain amount of yards they walk in the yard to get to the house is another fee. Unbeleivable, then he calls me back to say he took off the stairs and yardage fee's but at this point I couldn't believe a word he said
