Design for cabinets was incorrect and Marianna, VP of company who did the design, wanted to charge me $1500 to fix design flaw. I got opinion from another contractor, at my expense on how to fix the problem.Contractor, Andrew, plastered over the bell in kitchen and wall had to be opened so the bell found and reset in the dinette.Contractor, Andrew, ordered, 110 square feet of tile for an 8'x7' kitchen leaving overage of 3 boxes. One I kept but the two that needed to be returned had a 25% return charge that I had to eat which I was not told about. In addition, Marianna originally padded the bill for 40 extra tiles at $8.20 per tile that I never received. When I brought it to her attention she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. But the best was she said that I was getting a type of tile that I didn't get and had the nerve to charge me $8.20 for when the tiles that I did get could be purchased at Lowes for $1.73 per tile.Another design problem occured with the placement of a filler as Andrew did not realize that placing the filler at the end of the wall meant that the caddy corner cabinet couldn't be opened without hitting into the stove. When I realized it, he had to take down the top cabinets, microwave/cabinets, bottom cabinets, and move the filler between the caddy corner cabinet and stove then reinstall everything.The chair rail that was installed was cut too short but to meet the corner it was filled with clear silicone but never painted. It looked like garbage just like the rest of the paint job. Can you imagine painting around my old refrigerator that was in my dinette and not moving it. I paid for two top glass corner cabinets with painted insides. I got one painted and one unpainted. This is a problem that has never been resolved.When my appliances were purchased through them, Marianna told me that I was going to get a $100 rebate. I kept asking her where was the paperwork but never got an answer. I finally spoke to someone at the appliance company who told me that they sent Marianna an email with the rebate forms that had to be forwarded to me but that she never did.I paid for a saddle that was supposed to be installed between my kitchen and dinette but I never got it.

THIS COMPANY IS PITIFUL, THE WORK WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, THE WORKERS WERE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR KITCHEN REMODELING ON THE OTHER HAND THEIR PAINTING SERVICES ARE MUCH BETTER.
