I had a tenant who left the rental apartment in a mess. Plus he neglected to mention water had been leaking in the kitchen for a month. I needed all his junk removed plus the debris from the demo of the kitchen. I called Green Ex. I made an appointment with the owner to get an estimate. He was professional and prompt. The price was very reasonable. The guys came a few days later. They were courteous and did the job within a few hours. I would use them again.

Frank and his team arrived on the site and got to work quickly. Despite the fact that it was a big job and all the hard work, they had a great attitude throughout the day. They offered solutions and made suggestions and made what seemed like an impossible task look easy. Great team and a very fair price.

GreenEx was wonderful. I was dreading the prospect of having the items removed and they made the experience stress free. The arrived on-time and were finished in a couple of hours. The owner, Frank, called me the day before to confirm the appointment and called me again when he was on the way to my house. Frank & his crew worked hard. They were very professional. They were right on time, and worked smoothly. I had no stress at all. I am very happy with the service provided.

It went very smoothly - they arrived on time, and dismantled the cabinets easily, which kept the space taken up (which affects the cost) to a minimum. They were also careful not to scratch the hardwood floors when removing the heavy cabinet.

THE JOB WAS MORE TEDIOUS THAN I IMAGINED AND TOOK ABOUT FOUR HOURS FOR ANTHONY AND MANUEL TO COMPLETE. MANUEL, IN PARTICULAR, IS A TIRELESS WORKER BUT BOTH MEN WERE FINE AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

Great experience. The owner came out for a free estimate, set up an appointment, and had his guys show up on time, and completely cleaned out our garage and behind the garage that had been accumulating junk for the last 30 years. Even cleaned up the garage when they were done - swept and everything. Our garage never looked so good! Will definitely use these guys again when we tackle the basement.

I had used Green Ex a couple of years ago to remove 4 rooms of wall-to-wall carpeting in my apt and hired them again because of Frank's promptness, responsiveness, reliabiity and quality of work. The team arrived on time and finished in a little more than half an hour, including dismantling and removing a queen size brass bed. I think the price of $350 may have been a little high considering the small size of the job and very brief time it took to perform, but I was in a jam and needed to make sure the hauling was done on time. Note: I believe the Green Ex page on Angie's List says credit cards are accepted, but Frank really prefers cash.

They did excellent work they took away everything we asked them too. They were very helpful. I felt the price was a little high for the time it took them to complete the job. However over all I was satisfied.

Frank and his team of Lorenzo and another man arrived at least 45 minutes early and were ready to work as soon as the building's management released an elevator to him. I had envisioned that they would lug out my massive bedroom set and wall unit but NO -- they hacked them to death until they succumbed to neat little manageable pieces that could be easily hauled away in large plastic garbage bins. These gentlemen were like surgeons - knowing where to precisely cut so that they furniture would break neatly. I really enjoyed watching them! They finished the entire job in what seemed like a reasonably short period of time. I could not be happier. Frank & his team were totally professional yet friendly and this caused me to instantly relax and just let them do their jobs. Bravo Green Ex!

The team showed up a little early and quickly set to work. The crew was professional and very fast. When they were done hauling the trash away, they did a fine job of cleaning floors and other horizontal surfaces. They didn't clean the walls (which were filthy), but I was still amazed at what they did; they took charge of a nightmare situation bearable. One issue: There were a few items I wanted to hold onto, but I left the site for a while and the items got thrown out. But the team is trained to just throw things out; in retrospect I shouldn't have left the site.

The bathroom was completely demolished, all rubbished taken out of the house in three hours. Very clean (considering the dirty job). They put down paper and vacuumed. Frank was curtious, pleasant, on time with a great crew. Highly recommend for this kind of work.

I needed a truck to take away garbage from a kitchen and bathroom renovation. I had cabinets from a 10x15 kitchen , 5x8 1930s bathroom with 250lb cast iron tub.The old concrete floor and wire mesh from the kitchen and bathroom. Three toilet and 3 walls. They roughly took away 3000lbs of garbage on a Sunday. Let me say this again you can't beat this price and service on a Sunday.

The team was on time, polite and very professional, Frank was pleasure to deal with. They were able to move large pieces around some very tight corners without scratching a wall! I would highly recommend them for use.

Excellent experience, extremely helpful, had I known they would be so accommodating and understanding of my situation, I would have called much sooner. Still am pending scheduling a second visit. Probably will schedule for the end of summer and completely clean out the place. Seriously, hire them.

Frank and his crew arrived in about 2 hours and in a matter of a few hours they were done. I am satisfied with the work. I can say GREEN EX CLEANOUTS RUBBISH & GARBAGE REMOVAL will do their very best to make it out to you asap and complete the job to your liking. I would definitely recommend them for a clean up job in a hurry.

Overall, I felt Frank's estimate was on target. Job took about 4 hrs. Two men, Anthony and Chuck, worked very hard, were polite and professional.

Communicating with Frank was excellent by both phone and email. He responded immediately to my request, we set up an appointment for the estimate, and came to an agreement on the work and the price. He came on time to do the work, and the guys got to work promptly. The job entailed hauling out the debris from 2 trees that fell from Hurricane Sandy consisting of wood and dirt from the ground stumps. One very large pile was from a 40 year old oak tree, the other from a 50 foot pine. The oak tree stump spanned a 6 foot by 10 foot area, and the debris pile was about 3 feet deep. The workers graded the land, and even cleared out an area that was not part of the job. We had rock beds that were full of debris and dirt which they cleared beyond my expectations. Since the storm, we have had many contractors on the property since the storm. Some never even gave an estimate for the job - too much for them to handle? Some gave ridiculous estimates and wanted to do work we had no interest in, nor did we ask for, for outrageous sums of money. Frank stuck to exactly what we asked for, gave estimates for a few extra items, and line-itemed the estimate so that we could get what we wanted, was most important to have done, and within our budget. The workers: We had a crew of 5 guys on our job. I never saw any of the workers on cell phones or standing around - they worked the entire time, except for lunch. They did not leave any trash on our property from lunch (a problem with other contractors in the past). The workers were polite! These may seem like small points, but they make a huge difference when you have contractors on your property for weeks on end. The Quality of Work: The work they performed was not easy, hauling all the debris around a somewhat large property. We could never have done it without Frank's crew. The work was neat, and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We just had slate work done, and they respected our property. I would hire Frank and his crew again in a heartbeat! Frank Panetta is a real professional. He arrived when he said he would and removed all the rubbish from our garage. The price was quite a bit lower than the other quotes I got.. I am thankful that he kept his word and didn't ask for more money once he actually saw the amount of junk. You will be pleased if you use Green Ex!

Got exactly what was quoted, no complaints. Arrived exactly on time, worked straight through until done. They removed junk from right next to minor valuables like power tools - 100% removing just the junk and nothing else. There was a question on what was covered by the quote, they did the right thing and hauled the heavy wood in question.

.Originally, we had contacted Frank in April to request an estimate for the job. He came to our house promptly and gave us an estimate of $2500.00 to remove all the rubbish from the basement and take down the ceiling tiles. However, we were not able to schedule the job until October, so we had to call Frank again to re-acquaint him with the job. Again, he came over promptly and mentioned that the disposal prices had gone up since the spring and that the cost would be closer to $3000.00, depending on how much we actually had. He said it was possible that the price could be the original quote of $2500.00. Everything went very well. Frank said he would arrive at 9 AM and came at 8:50 with two trucks and five workers. They quickly surveyed the area, as we pointed out the tables where we had covered items to save. Frank and his workers started to work immediately, moving things out from our cellar hatch. Frank had carefully sealed off our cellar door to the first floor to insure that dust would not come into the house. Frank said he expected to be done with the job between 12:00 and 2:00, and was actually done by 1:30. The men worked quickly and efficiently, some teaming up to work inside, others working outside to load the truck which ended up completely full. After the trash was loaded in the truck, the men used an industrial wet vac to clean the floor. Once the job was completed, we found the cellar to be very clean. The men did an excellent job in removing all the loose dirt and had carefully moved the saved items to one area of the cellar. We were extremely pleased with the job. We found Frank to be very professional and upfront and did not object to paying the extra $500.00 from the spring quote as the men worked hard to competently complete the job. Frank walked us through the cellar to make sure we were satisfied before he left. For such an tedious chore, Frank and his workers made the job seem easy and routine. They were very personable and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Green Ex.
