Getting ready to sell my house and I needed to clean out all the junk from my basement and shed. I checked Angies list and decided on a couple of vendors to check out. I called and spoke with Frank of GreenEx and set up an appointment to meet and have look at what needed to be done and give an estimate. Frank showed up ON TIME (very refreshing for a change) and we did a walk through of the areas. Frank gave me an estimate and told me he would call on the next day to let me know about the scheduling. He called as promised the next day and we negotiated the price and set the date. On the date of the clean-out, Frank arrived with one truck which was half empty. I began to worry as he had said that the job would take at least one and half trucks to get ALL my junk. Before I could question him about it, his other, fully empty truck arrived with more help. Frank showed his workers what needed to be done and off to the races they went. His crew worked efficiently and cleanly. You could tell that they all were professionals at this gig. They began work at 9:00 AM and they were completely done and gone by 2:30 PM. If I'm ever in the need for this type of service, you can bet that I will call Frank again.

Three very nice men arrived on time and were in and out very quickly. I highly recommend this service. Worth every penny.

This is my second time using this company. I have pleased the first time with the service. They arrived ten minutes early and got to work right away. The two guys were professional and got in under an hour. I would call on them again definitely.

The crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They cleared out the entire apartment in less than 4 hours, a job that would have taken us months. In addition, we had them remove a large sofa, a heavy exercise bike, and other unwanted items from the main house. The crew worked so well that we asked them if they could remove a pool deck from our back yard that was in poor condition. It was a job that would have take us weeks to do on our own, but Frank, the owner, agreed to do it for just an additional $100 because his truck was already there. His crew, headed by Anthony, took the deck down in record time, and even swept away the leaves and junk that had accumulated under the deck over the years. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone was friendly, reliable, and extremely willing to go the extra mile. I'd definitely use them again.

Frank was incredibly responsive to my complicated situation and worked intensively with me over a period of several days to arrive at a workable plan for both of us. He arrived as promised and completed the job without a hitch, even though I could not be there to personally supervise. I recommend this provider unreservedly. He was a life-saver.

They were very punctual, very neat, very efficient, they moved all my heavy furnitrue and put everythign back inits place after they were finished. I would definitely use this company again.

Frank came on a Sunday to see the project. We scheduled the work for better than two weeks out. They came when they said they would, worked steadily and respectfully under what seemed to me to be tough conditions. They removed an enormous amount of material with half a day and left left the place broom clean.

He came at exactly 2:00pm with his manager, I have know idea why. It was a total waste of my day. We went from room to room. He took no notes, he was extremely Nosey, he tried to open up my personal drawers, inquiring about my jewelry! I felt like he was checking out my house to Rob! I asked him for the estimate and he said he would email it to me. I never got the email .

It didn't. I had a remarkably difficult year thus far & was unable to arrange for the service. I recently noticed it had just expired on 6/6/14, so I contacted the company in hopes that he would honor the deal, given my situation - but no such luck. I was disappointed to say the least. Especially because as a business woman myself, I always go out of my way to make sure a customer was well cared for, no matter what the scenario, in order to solidify a good relationship for future opportunities. This wasn't his thought process. I am very appreciative that Angie's List has my back and won't allow unfortunate circumstances to cost me for no services rendered. Thank you once again Angie's List!

I had purchased an Angie's Big Deal for service from Green-Ex in December 2013. Since I had put off scheduling the service until early June, I was concerned that Green-Ex might not be able to do the job before the Big Deal expired on June 10. I called on June 2 and spoke with Frank. He was pleasant and professional on the phone. I suggested Monday, June 9, to do the work. Frank asked me to call back on Thursday or Friday. I called on Thursday, June 5, and Frank fit me into his schedule for the next day, Friday morning, June 6. He asked about the items to be moved and whether or not I thought they exceeded the specifications of the Big Deal (9 cubic feet). We discussed the rate if there were excess feet. On the day of the job, Green-Ex called twice to adjust the arrival time. The men arrived about 2 :00. They were polite, quick, and efficient. The items moved did not exceed the Big Deal offer. There were no problems. It was a pleasure to do business with Green-Ex.

Frank, the owner, came to do an estimate. He was professional, polite, friendly, and asked thoughtful questions like "Would you like to keep the trim and moulding?" ? which was reassuring coming from a demolition expert. He also gave me a terrific price. A week later, his crew came to do the job. They were equally polite and did a thorough job. Despite the tough work, they were professional, efficient and conscientious. They even moved and tarped my furniture with care. It was a full day's work and at the end, they hauled everything away. I'm happy with the results. Frank's crew paved the way for us to begin our renovation process. I would highly recommend GreenEx Cleanouts to my neighbors and would happily use them again on another project.

The hauler came on time and was cordial and considerate. He was thoughtful enough to move additional things not on the initial list without haggling about the initial agreement. I could not have moved the TV's myself. It was greatly appreciated.

It went very well. They were very efficient, quick and the pricing was good. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

This guys are great; the two young men that showed up were very cordial and respectful, arrived at the agreed upon time, explained to me how their service worked and how the cost was estimated. When I showed them what I wanted removed, I noticed they weren't that enthusiastic about the job (it was a lot of stuff, some heavy, awkward to carry and to make things worse, my backyard is a very steep slope) but they did not refuse to do it. Then they gave me a quote and immediately started hauling stuff out once I agreed to the terms. Simple, quick and awesome service; highly recommend these guys and I'm sure I'll use them again soon.

Frank the owner showed up to our house at 9am SHARP! He came with 5 guys. All of the guys worked non-stop from 9am until about 4pm with a quick lunch break in between. They tore out the sheet rock walls in the basement that had been damaged by water with mold growing on it. They threw out garbage from the basement as well. They removed dirt from the backyard that was about a foot to a foot and half deep in order to level out the backyard. The guys worked tirelessly and seamlessly as a team toting buckets of dirt on their shoulders from the backyard to the front yard, dumping everything into a big truck and carting it away. The guys did a lot of work and there was a LOT OF DIRT!!! After everything was all said and done, they swept and cleaned up. I would ABSOLUTELY use the GreenEx team again. Thanks Frank!!!

Needed to have appliances removed at last minute and Greenex was able to accommodate by sub-contracting to EPC (Every Pound Counts). The EPC guys (Mark and Jimmy) were fantastic! I called The Junkluggers and they were quoting twice as much PLUS additional Freon fee for each refrigerator. I would use GreenEx/EPC again!!

This was a huge job. GreenEx was hired to clean years and years of a hoarder's collection that filled the driveway, yard, garage, metal shed, and basement. The garage and yard area was especially difficult because raccoons had been living in the mess for many years. Frank's crew was excellent. He came with about 6 men. They sorted to metals onto one truck and took away about 5 more loads. He also came with another guy who took away a van load of things that could be resold so that they wouldn't end up in the land fill. GreenEx has larger trucks than many other rubbish removal companies. With the extra room less time is used going back and forth from the junk yard. They also charge by the job and not by the tuck load. The estimate on time and truck loads was right on. Frank is also a pleasure to work with. He is genuine and compassionate. He knew how upsetting this project was for me and showed understanding and kindness. He made was could have been very stressful event much easier. He is punctual, professional, and polite. I would absolutely use GreenEx again.

Greenex was great. Frank returned my call right away, gave an estimate over the phone, and honored that estimate when they did the work. We set up the trash pickup just 3 days after my call. They came on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.
