GreenEx did an excellent job in all respects. Frank responded promptly to my phone message asking about GreenEx's services. We set up a time for him to inspect the apartment so that he could provide an estimate. He arrived on time, quickly determined the scope of the work, and provided a detailed explanation of what would need to be done and how long it would take. He also provided an estimate range, with the final price to be determined once the job was done. Importantly, Frank interacted professionally with the building super and management. He anticipated paperwork that might be needed, and then worked effectively to meet the building's requirements so that he could gain entry to the apartment first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Frank and his team arrived on time on the day of the apartment clean out. The team worked quietly, efficiently and neatly. As promised, the job was completed in one day despite the apartment being in even worse condition than expected. As stated, the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated. I was so impressed by GreenEx's work that I offered to pay more than the original estimate. Frank refused. He insisted that we keep within the price range that he had originally quoted. Frank and all members of the team were extremely polite. I was a bit embarrassed about the condition of the apartment but they could not have been nicer or more sensitive to my feelings or to the situation. I would not hesitate to use GreenEx again or to recommend them highly. They earned my trust and were worth every penny.

Telephoned for an estimate. Frank came on Friday and saw what had to be removed -- including bedroom furniture, recliner, small refrigerator and freezer, plus a lot of heavy, odds and ends from basement. Scheduled a pickup for Monday. Three men arrived in the morning and promptly went to work. They worked diligently and fast. A short time later they were on their way. They were courteous and professional. They swept up when finished.

Arrived exactly on time - immediately set to work and finished quickly. This was an overall excellent experience.

Frank and his crew showed up on time (8:00 am) and started right in. They came with 30 gallon plastic garbage pails to put stuff in. I had bagged accumulated a large pile of bags of paper and assorted rubbish in the main bedroom and they removed all of it in short order. They started with the smaller easily removed bags and trash then removed the larger items being careful to not damage the surroundings. They pulled out my mothers entire bedroom set consisting of a dresser with mirror, a tall drawer set, a headboard with side pieces and the bed frame. Then they moved on to the kitchen. It was a mess since my mother had been sick for a long time and no one had been able to clean it out while she was alive. The guys emptied all the cabinets and shelves of all the old foodstuffs and utensils. They removed all the stuff squirreled away in the corners. They then did the same to the pantry. It was a symphony of glass and metal. They proceeded to the hallway and removed the old paperbacks on the shelves before I even realized it. All this was done before 10:30 Next they tackled the back bedroom. My mom had been a seamstress and had a collection of fabric and notions that filled the room to where you couldn't get to the back wall. Over time assorted boxes and other junk filled the rest of the space. There were shelves and dressers and bookcases and an old antique Singer sewing machine. They emptied the room before lunch. They are taking a break now for lunch. The only things left in the apartment are the couch and chairs, my mother's bed and an old stereo cabinet. It's 12:00. All I can say is Wow!

It was easy to schedule and they were responsive and flexible, got Frank on the phone every time i called. Arrived on time. The guys were incredibly nice. I walked throught the job with Frank and another guy, Frank checked in with me a couple of times during the job. They were hard working, extremely thorough, cleaned areas I'd forgotten about and on their way out even cleaned out the front area of the brownstone.

Outstanding service. Frank and his guys knocked it out of the park. Frank came by on a Sunday to give me an estimate for removing everything from a 3 level single family house and 3 rooms of carpeting. We were preparing to sell and the house was not occupied. We did a quick walk through and he gave me the estimate on the spot. The price was right and we scheduled for the following week. Frank, his 4 man crew and 2 trucks arrived at 8:30 AM as promised and the guys worked all day with a short lunch break. Frank was on site for the entire time, except for trunk runs to the dump. Simply put, the crew worked extremely hard and the job got done professionally to our complete satisfaction. The job started as promised and ended as promised. I would use Greenex again without hesitation and I would also recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic. Coordinator was helpful and quick to schedule next day service. Haulers showed up on time and worked FAST. They were careful of the walls, etc and did a great job. Very satisfied. This could have been a nightmare and these guys made it super easy and painless.

I had originally scheduled another provider to remove about 25-30 empty moving boxes and packing materials, a rolling kitchen cart, and a 5' x 8' area rug from my apartment. The provider came by in the morning, proclaimed "that's a lot of boxes" and quoted me $600-$900 to remove everything, based on my "zone," how much space the boxes would take up in the truck, and my being on the third floor with no elevator, blah, blah blah. Mind you, it cost me less than $700 to have a professional mover move all of my furniture and other possessions INTO the same apartment, so a quote of around $900 to remove a fraction of those items was plainly unreasonable. I told this provider to forget about it, and then at around 9:30 that same morning, I contacted GreenEx. Best move I made, and I should have called them first to begin with. Just like all the other reviewers say, you get the owner, Frank, on the phone. He is very professional and you can tell that doing a good job is extremely important to him, which is a quality he shares with my dad, a retired home improvement contractor. I sent him photos of the items I wanted removed, and he quoted me $350 to take it all away. Even better, he said he had a cancellation that morning, and could come by that same day. Shortly after noon, i.e., 2-1/2 hours after I first contacted GreenEx, Freddy, the manager, and Lorenzo came by. They took a look at the items I had and, unlike the other provider, did not express any dismay at the number of boxes, which again, was only about 25-30. Instead, they got right down to work, flattened all the boxes, secured them with packing tape, and removed each and every one, plus the kitchen cart and the rug, all in about a half hour. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and Freddy and Lorenzo were very pleasant and hard working. If I could hand out an A++++ grade to GreenEx, I would. I will satisfy myself with giving them my highest possible recommendation. What a great company to work with. Thanks, Frank!

I contacted Frank and he came to size up the job and give me a free estimate. He carefully explained how the job would be done and what I could expect. He and his crew were punctual and came fully prepared with everything they needed. All the men who work for Frank are polite, respectful and very hard working. They coordinated their efforts and worked very efficiently and carefully when removing the contents from the house. The house was packed from the basement apartment to the attic, the yards were overrun with garbage; it seemed like an insurmountable task to me. It was nothing short of a miracle that Frank and his team were able to clean out the entire house and yards. Day after day, truck load after truck load, Green-Ex Junk Removal & Clean Ups worked laboriously until the house and yards were emptied. Every day before they left they swept up and leaving the front of the house and walkways clean so the neighbors were not inconvenienced by the work being done. I took video and photographs each day of the huge undertaking. I look at that them now and can't believe that all that "stuff" was actually packed into the house. It is a relief to have it all removed and put this experience behind us. I am deeply indebted to Frank and his crew for their hard work and attention to detail when doing this job.

the proprietor, Frank Panetta first came and went over the job to give a price. His men arrived on time, removed all materials. In order to avoid having to take large pieces through the house they were able to break them down so they were removed through the access chute to the basement. They were very clean. Swept and then used a vacuum. Because the breaking down process took longer I agreed to pay a small amount more. I was very pleased with the job. I had used this service once before for the removal of a much larger amount of material. the work was done very promptly and there was more material removed than estimated but Mr. Panetta held the price he had given me. I was very pleased with this work and that is why I engaged this company to do the second job and intend to use them again.

Frank was courteous and very responsive to several phone calls arranging a time to meet at my home and remove several heavy items from my home. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs junk removal.

Frank, the owner, was easy to deal with, offered a fair price and was trustworthy. The workers and trucks showed up on time. The workers were friendly and seemed to be experienced. They worked hard to remove two full truckloads of junk from my brother's apartment. It was worth the cost and saved my brother and I a lot of hard work.

Frank is friendly and professional to work with. He had trucks pull up, with workers, one after the other and spot on time. The guys were very experienced, worked hard and were respectful of the property. The large single family house was cleaned out within the working day. It was worth the cost and saved me lots of time and hard labor. I would call on Frank again should I need his help, as he proved to be up-front, fair and trustworthy.

Frank came day after our initial phone conversation to assess the job and offer very reasonable quote. A few days later, "Anthony", the crew leader, and 2 helpers arrived right on time, ready to "dig in." And dig they did - literally-as they tussled with the havoc wrought by Mother Nature, both in the front and back yards of the property. The day unfortunately was very hot, and none of the "doomed" items (weeds, vines, bushes, "trees", couch, carpet, wall, door, etc.) went easily. But a la the "Ever Ready" bunny, Anthony and his workers NEVER stopped their labors till every task had been accomplished, and all debris removed. Absolutely awesome!

While this was a relatively small job, it was a very important job to us. After a long renovation, we wanted to enjoy our new space. GreenEx provided great service. They accommodated our schedule, which was very short. We really appreciated the flexibility. The communicated well. We appreciated the updates on status. It allowed us to most effectively plan our work for the day. They arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly to remove the debris, with minimal mess.

I had to cancel one appointment because my husband was taken ill. Frank was accommodating and rescheduled for the next week. He is very pleasant and professional and the crew he sent were just terrific. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with their simply getting the job done. They arrived exactly on time and checked out in two hours, leaving a cleaned out place and taking that awful old carpet up in no time. I recommend this service wholeheartedly. It was a little pricey but, when I think of all the stuff they removed, maybe it was just right!

I had a lot of things that needed to be removed from the storage space in my building. They removed a lot of thngs, and put the things that stayed onto shelves. They even cleaned and vacuumed. They were very fast and professional. It took less time than I thought. They were done in four hours. Once they got started with the job, there was no stopping. They just worked fast and got everything done. It was a great experience!

The job, which was huge, was completed 3 days later. The basement is in a two family house that had a lot of stuff from previous tenants as well as stuff the owners had accumulated over decades! The job was done quickly and efficiently. Frank and his crew took one day to complete the job. I had used Frank's company about 5 years before for the backyard clean up and was impressed with the job that was done. I had Greenex in the back of my mind to help me get the basement cleaned out. Frank did not disappoint. He came through again for me. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend Greenex.

I've had an issue with throwing out some construction garbage on the curb where municipal collection wouldn't touch it. I called Frank and he was amazing. He took down all my info and once he heard that the garbage was curbside said he'd be over the same day so I could avoid a ticket for leaving the garbage where it is. Frank called me 30mins before he arrived and quickly collected all the garbage. The smile and friendly attitude was a bonus. I'm happy to get rid if the garbage, but happier to work with someone that was looking out for me too.

Frank sent a crew of 2 men to the house He was very quick in arranging the service which worked out well since I needed the debris out in a hurry. They arrived within the predicted time limit and were pleasant and hard working. The workers were very efficient and did not complain even though they had to work in a very hot attic. They swept up the areas they emptied leaving them clean. I would use this service again if needed and would recommend it to others
