The overall experience was flawless. They did a great job. They came as scheduled, charged what was quoted, and did it all in a timely manner. The two haulers, Louis and David were also very courteous and respectful. I would definitely use them again.

Good experience. Only negative was when I arranged to meet frank there for the estimate, he forgot to show up. To frank's credit, I called him from my mother,s house after he was a no show, and he made it his business to get there within the next 20 minutes. On the day of the job, Frank agreed to start later in the day at my request. He came a few minutes late and my mother started flipping out, but he came with enough staff to get the job done in 3 hours, and there was a lot of stuff to haul off. All his men were polite and professional. I could definitely recommend this company.

I picked this company because it got rave reviews on Angie's list and its website said "from one item...." My job was small so I figured this was a good bet. Morning of the pickup, I do not hear from Frank- the owner (window of time for appointment was approaching) so I called him. He had completely forgotten about the pickup we discussed the previous week (he did apologize). We arranged pickup for the next day, but also offered the possibility of pickup later in the day and that he would call one hour before....no call, so I stuck around the house wasting a vacation day for nothing. Next morning I called to confirm and get a definite window of time that I needed to be available.......especially after the previous day he should have reached out to me, instead of me tracking him down. I got the distinct impression he was not interested in my business and maybe if he ignored me I would go away. Workers did come within the window of time and removed all the items. However (and this may be the fault of Angie's list) - credit cards were not accepted even though the Angie's list profile indicated that they were. Had to empty my wallet for the $190 in cash to pay the bill. I was just not as impressed as all the other Angie's lists reviewers and I usually give people the benefit of the doubt.

This was one of those rare totally satisfying experiences. Frank and his men arrived on time, coordinating with the alternate side of the street parking rules, and removed my junk expeditiously. They were at all times courteous and helpful.

The owner was professional, personable and very polite. I felt the price was marginally higher than I expected. The two young men who did the job were equally professional ,punctual, worked very quickly and were very pleasant to deal with.They asked specifics to be clear not to remove anything that should be staying. I was a little disapointed that they did not sweep the broken glass and loose rubble from construction debris. I did not check their work until after they were gone. In their defense I do feel they would have willingly done it if I had thought to check and ask. I thought I had read on previous reviews that they had swept up afterwards so my expectation was as a result the same. Although the not sweeping would lessen my likelihood of re-hiring them personally, aside from this they did a great job.

I t went great. Even though I messed up with the co-op rules (elevator and stuff, my wife and I are new to this), Franks guys were great with covering the hall carpets, dealing with the super, etc. They were organized careful and quick. The whole thing couldn't have taken 2 hours.

These guys were great to deal with. I called them late Wednesday afternoon and described generally what I needed. Frank gave me a quote of about $250. That was significantly less than other estimates I had gotten so I asked him if he needed to see it first and he said he would look at it when he got there and see if it was significantly more than he expected. Frank met me at 8:30 the next morning with two guys and they went to work. After they carried out all the bags and tree branches, they swept the patio and carried out the loose leaves as well. They were finished and gone by ten after 9.

We contacted them on 8/22; called us back within the hour; my husband described what needed to be removed. He quoted us $525. My husband also emailed him pictures just to get an idea of what needed to be taken. My husband called him back to state if he could do the job on 8/25 since I was off that day. He stated that he could be there at 9am. Showed up at 9am. They were completed within 1/2 hour. The owner called me to state the final would be $555 since the hauling of the a/c unit was not included in the original estimate. The workers who came to the house were very professional and did the job as stated. They asked questions to make sure that they removed the correct garbage.

Frank called several times to arrange and confirm our appointment. He and his men showed up on time, completed the job quickly and professionally

Got name from Angie's list as an "A" quality service provider. I called in the afternoon for an est. and Frank arrived later that day. We agreed on two prices. 650 for one load, and an additional 150 for second load if needed. Frank offered the following day for the work. Arrived early, his crew went about the work quickly, efficiently, and methodically. Finished 1st load in an hour, and the entire job was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. Left the area clean and swept. Got exactly what I hoped for. Professional, timely work at reasonable price. This is unusual in my experiences in NYC. Thanks to Frank and his crew.

Frank was punctual, courteous and professional in every way, and did the job quickly and perfectly. I can't imagine a better experience.

We were under a lot of time pressure to have our furniture removed. Frank and his crew were just amazing the way the took charge and removed all our stuff. They took less time than we expected and came in at the quoted price. We can't praise Frank, his company, and his crew highly enough. Great job, guys.

Frank was very responsive and accommodating about setting up a time. His estimate was right on. He and his workers showed up on time...saw the project, told me the best way to accomplish it and went about it. The whole job took maybe 30 minutes. They provided their own truck and bags. There were 3 workers so the job went quickly. They made sure to double check on certain items before hauling them away.

I was happy to talk to Frank on the phone. He fit my job in in just a few days, which was great. He was unfortunately late getting to my place, but he called several times during the day to let me know he was running late and then later. Once he arrived with his crew the work was amazingly quick and efficient. They had to move the rubbish through my house to get it out, but they left everything clean. They were friendly, easy and very professional. They took the rubbish away with them and that was the end of it.

I was pleased from the beginning as owner was very pleasant, understanding and reliable.

I called Frank on Saturday, described the items, and he quoted $250, which seems on par with the other removal services. There is a $50 off deal on their website, but he explained that he might not be able to honor it for this small a job. We scheduled a visit for Tuesday (2 hour timeframe), and he called a hour before to confirm. On arrival, he specced the work, confirmed the $250 price, and did the job quickly and professionally.

Frank and his helper arrived promptly, and worked quickly and efficiently. The entire move was accomplished without a hitch. I never expected a move to go so smoothly, so I was very pleasantly surprised.

I had 20 years' worth of accumulated clutter to sort through and discard in preparation for a move. I was reluctant to hire someone to help, because I was embarrassed about how bad the apartment looked, but I'm glad I overcame that. Frank came the same evening I called, to give me an estimate. He and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date. In less than 6 hours, they accomplished what would have taken me weeks to do, if I had been able to do it at all. Everyone involved was friendly, efficient and professional; no one was the least bit judgmental. It was worth every penny I paid, and I'd hire them again in a minute!

I needed the job done immediately and they were able to do it for me. I was satisfied with the work they did. They were a little expensive, but I did not check with anyone else. The job was done a timely manner and they did everything that I asked them to do. I would use them again if I needed to.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND MY LAWN HAS NEVER BEEN SO GREEN. I HAVE HAD MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY LAWN. THE REPRESENTATIVE MADE SUGGESTIONS TO KEEP MY LAWN LOOKING NICE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

MY TREES HAVE NEVER LOOKED SO HEALTHY AND FULL. MY LAWN AND FLOWERS ARE FULL OF LIFE AND MAKE MY HOME LOOK LIKE A MANSION. THE REPRESENTATIVES WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER.
