Frank and his men were on time, professional, and did a great job. I had a housefull of furniture and detrius from many years of living in it and he and his men had all the junk out of the house in a timely fashion and were polite and friendly. I was very impressed and felt the price was fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END. Can't praise Frank Panetta and his crew highly enough. I was sure there were eight men working they were moving up and down the stairs so fast -- when in actuality there were only four. Fast, efficient and polite. They even vacuumed and swept up after they were finished. Look no further because you cannot find a better company than GREEN EX CLEANOUTS! I will definitely use them again.

Frank arrived right on time with two workers. All three were polite and listened to my concerns before any work was started. I specifically asked Frank to try his best to protect the wood floors while demo'ing the brick fireplace mantle in the living room. He covered the immediate area with a big sheet of plywood to protect the floors. Worked like a charm. Frank and his crew took their time and tried to be as careful as possible. They were not big gorillas with sledgehammers. Next job was cutting down and hauling two giant 15 foot holly bushes in the back of the house. These monsters had leaves like razor blades. I wanted nothing to do with them. Frank and his crew never even flinched. Just went about their business. They then offered to cut down and haul two random bush stumps that were not on the original work order. No additional cost. That was cool of them to do. Third and last job was cutting down four overgrown evergreen bushes in the front of the house. Oh... did I mention that by now it was pouring rain? They got soaked. Again, Frank and his crew never complained. Totally professional. Just went about their business. Broom cleaned the interior work areas and driveway. Paid Frank. And off they went. They were here for about 90 mins. HIRE THESE GUYS. Great price. Great service.

After reading all the reviews on Angies list I decided to call Frank. He answered his phone everytime I called, & was very easy to talk to. He was unable to come look at the job because of weather and traffic but gave me a quote over the phone. He called way in advance to let me know what time he would be at the job, and also called me 30 min out to let me know he was on his way. Frank was on the site to make sure everything went well they were quick and affordable. I could not have been any more happy with the work done.

They arrived when they said they would and were fast and courteous. Would hire again.

After cleaning out a house in Brooklyn, we had to get rid of approximately 100 contractor size bags of household trash and 25 pages of recycling. I called several companies regarding garbage collection and decided to use Frank Panetta's Green Ex after speaking directly to Frank. Why his company and not another? He was personable on the phone call. I requested a specific time the next day. He checked his schedule and said he would call me later in the day to see if he could do it. He did not want to promise more than he could handle. His pricing was in range with the others. Later that day, my husband called him back for an updated estimate and to find out whether he could pick up additional items. He gave us an estimate and said once he looked at the whole job, he would tell us whether he could do more than just picking up the bags.He and his crew of aobut five guys arrived with two dump trucks. They managed to park both of them without blocking traffic on a very busy street. That kept the neighbors happy. They were dressed appropriately, were polite and they worked quickly and efficiently. After checking out the additional work load, Frank gave us a price, which was very reasonable. The crew loaded all of the bags, then loaded garbage cans, an old stove and small appliances, and junk from the yard and garage. Then they descended into the basement and hauled out broken tools, old furniture, pipes, blocks of wood, mattresses, springs, and other assorted junk. His crew finished the job in about three hours, even swept up after themselves and left the place in great shape. We were delighted with the promptness, the service and the price.

He was very nice and even arrived early. He gave me a good price. I only went with another company becuase they hire vets and I work with vets.

I called Frank and got a call back that same day. He gave me a quote over the phone after I described the stuff that I needed removed. It turned out that I had underestimated the amount of stuff that I needed removed, but Frank explained where I went wrong and we agreed on a very fair price to remove it all. Frank's crew showed up on the day we agreed on and the house was left spotless. I have more work to do and Frank will get my business again.

I was very pleased. Frank, the owner was there supervising the whole time and knew that I wanted the job done right! They were on time and very pleasant to work with. Even his workers were very attentive. I will use him for the third time to clean old office furniture at my office before we move.

Not only did he take the mirror away, he was willing to cart away a little extra (2 pieces of 1/4" paneling) for no extra charge. Reliable, courteous, professional. Overall, worth the hundred bucks.

i got an accurate estimate. The owner came to view the materials/garbage which needed to be hauled. Gave me the estimate and called back with the appointment date and time. HIs team came 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. They were very professional and cordial and with a good/positive attitude. This was extremelly painless. They were done in 5 minutes as I did not have much to throw away. - But the best part was that they swept the backyard and the rooms in the basement from where they took the debries/furniture to be discarded. I will definitely contract them again. a PAINLESS experience made very easy by them.

Frank called in the morning of the work day, having received my email the day before. We talked about the job he would do, and he showed up just hours later. In the meantime, items I thought would be taken by the Salvation Army added to the haul--without complaint Frank took everything. He and the two men he worked with were smart about the space they had to negotiate, unfailingly polite and remarkably efficient.

We had some difficulty finding a date to perform the work because of constant snowand ice but the owner kept in touch, we found a good day and the work was completed excellently.

I was concerned that Frank might cancel that day due to a snow storm, but Frank and 3 workers showed up on time. My very old carpeting and crumbling padding were removed in about 4-1/2 hours, much more quickly than I had expected; the debris was totally cleared away and all my furniture was replaced to its original position. I was very, very pleased with the work and the workers. At first, I thought $1,000 might be a little high for the job, but it turned out to be a few hundred dollars less than another estimate I received. Note, however: no credit cards -- cash or check only.

He is excellent, prompt, professional, and personable. He is a pleasure to do business with. He arrived on time, he was courteous, and willing to work. Frank, the owner and his crew made a stressful time easier.

The overall experience was excellent. I made an appointment with the owner to have a couch removed and discarded. The workers were were punctual and professional. The whole experience was exemplar.

I emailed Frank on Monday November 1, 2010. He immediately called me and we set up a date and time to meet. He met me as planned, provided a reasonable estimate of cost and scheduled the job for the end of the same week. The work was done as planned. The job was finished by Friday Novemebr 5, 2010. I didn't have to be there since it was all outside work. The backyard looks 100% better. This was my first Angie's List experience. I'm very pleased with the entire process. I recommend Green Ex and plan on using them again.

They were excellent. They came on time and took everything away. They were a little bit pricey, but they were really reliable. They did everything that I asked them to do. Overall, they did a really good job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It went well. Two men came and worked very quickly to remove a lot of junk from my attic. I felt the price was a little hight but they also removed an old recliner chair.
