Description of Work: They were supposed to improve the efficiency of the duct system for my heating by closing unused lines; sealing holes and cracks. At first they didn't show and the work was shoot and incomplete. A supervisor never inspected the work despite my chasing for months to go over what needing correcting. | |Over one year after service they finally called me but only chasing final payment. After a couple months they graciously offered to inspect the work in the middle of the summer which if course was useless since it was the HEATING system. | |I had to get a lawyer involved to protect my credit and begrudgingly paid them half of what they wanted just to move on with my life.

+ -1 moreTechnician came and checked the wall AC unit. He opened up and found the source of the noise, It was the pipes. Right away he proceeded to fix it. His job was clean, fast and effective.

+ -1 moremike was honest, fair, and could have installed a more expensive system but honestly told me that the more expensive system was not necessary. he gave me a fair price on a system that fit my home's needs and installed additional vents during the job because he cares about me the customer like he would his own family. he is rare in the industry as i don't trust most service providers because its a blind area for me. his honesty, warmth, and caring along with his 30 year know-how and natural mechanical abilities - i highly recommend dual purpose - you can't lose with Michael or his son Andrew. They are an honest, expert team with very fair prices and morals.
