Amy and Charlie came to our house and explained the entire process. They told us how they would proceed and made sure that we were comfortable with their course of action. Everything they said that they would do, and what they expected to happen, happened. My parents house sold within three weeks, and it sold for more than we were asking. Anytime we had a question Charlie was readily available, and he took the time to explain the answers in a way that an ordinary person could understand. We couldn't be happier with the job Charlie and Amy did, and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

Everything went smoothly and the house was sold in a short period of time. Charlie and his wife, Amy were pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the market. They had potential buyers before the open house. Closing is set for 4/25/17.
