Ace Flooring

Ray Sutton, of Ace Flooring/RLS Flooring represents himself as a businessman, but he is not. Instead he came to my company and gave us a proposal for work/flooring he was supposed to do. He required a deposit of $1,000 in order to place the order. We gave him this deposit in November and since then we have received nothing but a bunch of lies from him. In the beginning he kept telling us the merchandise was on backorder with Loews because of the color. Finally, after a couple of month's of lies we asked him for a copy of the order. He provided us with a copy of an order that didn't exist with Loews. It turns out that he never ordered the merchandise. Realizing that Ray never had any intention of ever doing the job, we asked him to return our deposit. As of today, February 13, 2012 we still have not received our money back. He also goes under RLS Flooring & RLS Maintenance and is located at Parsons Blvd, not Carsons Blvd.
