The machine had stopped working on December 3rd and their first visit to diagnose the problem was on December 10th. Their next visit, once the parts arrived, was on December 22. They were not able to fix the problem with the parts ordered and told us they would call us on the following Tuesday for next steps. We were told that another part was ordered the week after their second visit. Ultimately, the washing machine was never fixed. We never heard back from them and had to finally settle with the "Service Agreement" company. This service experience could not have been more disappointing. From the start the office at Quality was extremely unfriendly, they changed the scheduled date blaming the service company for the mistake, and overall, were very tough to deal with. That got worse as time went on and they never kept us informed of the status of the parts and repair schedule. We had to work through the service company most of the way. Bad service, a bad diagnosis and bad customer service are the highlights here. The repair technician that did the work on the second visit was very polite and friendly....unlike the office staff. We would never use this service provider or recommend them to anyone in the local area.
Description of Work: This service company was brought in by the "service agreement" company for our washing machine. The repair was to fix the spin cycle which was inoperable. They repaired two parts that were diagnosed as the problem on the first visit. That repair, performed almost two weeks later did not work. They decided another part was necessary but we never had them back for the another service call as we were told that the part didn't arrive two weeks later.

Great work, and nice people. Just charged WAY too much money.
Description of Work: The top rotor spray arm broke off in my Fridgidaire dishwasher. I called them based on the manufacturer's suggestion. They told me the charge would be $69.95 for the call (A practice I despise because it eliminates the possibility of pricing other repair services), which would be applied toward the repair cost. He came to my house, popped the $36 piece in, and was out the door in about 5 minutes. Total charge $180! I'm sorry, but when you can buy a new dishwasher for just over $300 that is absolutely ridiculous. I felt robbed. They did good work and were very professional, but I thought the price was very unfair and will not be calling them again should anything else need work.

HE WAS COURTEOUS. HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE STEAM CLEANER, BUT HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD FIND OUT AND TELL ME. HE ALSO REASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST BEFORE HE FIXED ANYTHING.
Description of Work: THEY RECONNECTED A HOSE TO THE STEAM CLEANER THAT HAD CAME OFF.

THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO ADD IN A BUNCH OF SERVICES I DID NOT NEED. THE CORD WAS CHANGED SO QUICKLY THAT IT SURPRISED ME.
