I have been a home owner in Hudson Valley for over 19 years. Obviously, I have had to replace/repair many things in my home. On the coldest day in January, Mitch was extremely busy helping other home owners but refused to allow us to spend a freezing night in our home so he came after all his other jobs at 12 midnight (with our permission of course). His caring, professional and excellent service was truly unbelievable. He kept in touch to make sure we were nice and cozy. The price was so unbelievably reasonable. We will need to replace our furnace this Spring and I would never consider hiring anyone but him to do the job. He returns calls (very promptly) and always keeps in touch via text. We had a simple problem this morning and he was in our home within an 1/2 hour and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. In today's world, I find it very hard to find an experienced person who is honest, truly cares and is soooo fair in price. To hire anyone else in this field, would be crazy. In our book, Mitch is the best. A very loyal, fair and pleasant man to work with. Thank you Mitch for keeping us nice and warm this winter with extremely fair prices. AWESOME!!!

Very satisfied with the service provided the technican took his time doing a detailed analysis of the problem. My home was built in the early 70s and the downstairs thermostat went out and it was cold. He made recommendation that fix the problem while keeping the cost down giving me the opportunity to come up with the funds to do a more detailed upgrade.
