Mitch was great to deal with. He contacted me very quickly to discuss the issue with my water heater pilot light not staying lit. He fully explained his service over the phone and he came the next day. He contacted me to say he was running behind and he would be at my home 30 minutes later than expected. He was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained his actions while he diagnosed the problem. He answered any questions I had. He completed the job in a timely manner. The cost of the work was reasonable and fair. I would hire this company again.

Mitch was recommended to me by a friend to look at our central AC system that stopped working last summer in 2018. Mitch replaced our 20-year-old AC Compressor that had seen better days. He completed the work in an impressively short amount of time. His work was meticulous. This year, on June 6, 2019, after starting up the system we noticed it was not cooling as it should. I contacted Mitch and he responded right away on the same night. Fortunately for us, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Mitch explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. We could not be happier with his quick response, diagnosis, and repair. Our AC is working great again. My AC system is over 30yrs old...He did not come in trying to sell me a new system...He explained what could happen and showed me the wear and tear.....He was very understanding....

Hudson Valley was by far the best company I have ever worked with in any area of home improvement and repair. They came on time, carefully evaluated what needed to be done and explained all of my options. They arrived at 330pm and stayed till 9pm to complete the repair to my air conditioning unit. This repair even included opening a wall to access the unit. I had two other companies look at this job and both said the unit could not be repaired and wanted me to have them install it for a court that ran as much as $10,000. Hudson did the job for a repair cost only and the unit works perfectly. In summary, they are honest, professional, skilled and â Great people.â Look no further than Hudson for any HVAC needs.

I, personally, am not a fan of their practice of not giving an itemized bill, detailing the cost of parts and labor.

Good guys over here at Hudson Valley Hvac. Contacted me in less then 5 minutes, set up a time, and were out here repairing what was wrong with my heating system.

I highly recommend this company. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were here within an hour and a half! Checked things out, saw the problem with my heat and fixed it fast. Very nice, honest and reasonable.

Mitch was great he text me ahead of our appointment time saying he’s running late on another job, he did a thorough inspection and cleaning on the furnace and pointed out a few things that needs to be updated. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his work. Will be hiring him again in the near future.

Hudson Valley HVAC is simply the best! I have hired them for a number of jobs. From repairing burst boiler pipes from the cold. To upgrading the boiler diaphragm. Fixed some plumbing issues and most recently installed a nice RO (reverse osmosis) water 'filter' for clean drinkable water. They are honest, reliable and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service.

He was great and welll informed. Told me everything that had to be done. The quality was EXCELLENT. I thought the job was a little expensive other then that No complaints !!!
